Lee Winkler was very professional . He always greats the guess with a smile. He always ask how I am doing and make sure my coffee is ready each morning.

4 stars for description and pictures: When booking, I was under the impression we were getting two permanent beds in comparison to a bed and sofa bed. The descriptions available were suite vs studio.
The two bed suite we booked did not show a picture of the sofa bed pulled out. I would have liked to see this before booking. The sofa bed's springs could be felt in our backs.
5 stars for the hotel overall; it was a very nice hotel! The breakfast had a lot of variety. The hotel looked cared for and updated.

Nothing. The manager is crazy and rude ! Will not recommend this place to anyone . Stay away from this staff

I was traveling with 4 teenagers for their State ISSMA Orchestra ensemble & solo performances. The 2 bedroom suite with a pullout sofa bed was exactly what we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful & the kids were even able to practice for a bit in the evening.

Excellent service and friendly staff

I have gone to many excellent hotels, but none better that the Marriott Residence in Carmel. What is important to me is not only the amenities and room, but more important ly how I am treated. Their staff are fantastic! When I first arrived and walked in, it seemed like I was coming back home. Their staff are so friendly and accommodating, it is truly amazing. Prices are not bad too.
The rooms are set up like an apartment. The room we stayed in had a great kitchen which included stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. There were two closets and the sink and mirror were outside the stool and bathtub. And the mattress was very comfortable. The bed was separated from the sofa so it almost seemed like it was two separate rooms.

There was a free breakfast which included omelettes, sausage, muffins, bagels, toast, coffee, several juices,and cereals. I am sure that I missed something but I am sure that you get the idea.

Rooms were extremely clean as was the entire hotel. Check out was easy and again, the staff were so friendly that I really wanted to make this the one motel I stay at when in Carmel.

I had an awesome experience. I I met somebody for the second time there in Carmel, Indiana and the lady at the front desk was very helpful very positive! definitely stay there again. room Everything was very clean and awesome and a great breakfast!

The overall experience was smooth, friendly, and very professional. The staff were attentive and everything was handled efficiently, with Rita in particular making sure all the details were taken care of. I’d be happy to return and would recommend their services to others.
