The stay was good, bad and ugly
Pros:

The building was nice and the outdoor swimming pool. The receptionist who checked us in was wonderful.

Cons:

We had a superior king bed room with bath ( the bathroom was good 😊) but the room was very shabby the wall paper had repair patching that was a different colour from the rest of the wall (painting the full wall could have fixed the problem) but it annoyed me as the patching was in the middle of the wall, The windows were so dirty. The room was far far from superior in fact I dread what standard is like if this was the superior room. You get charged to use the dressing gown, in a spa hotel they should be included especially in a superior room (the slippers I understand being charged as them you can keep due to hygiene). In the sports bar restaurant you wait to be seated both staff looked at us and did not acknowledge us just walked off, also very noisy with the sound of both the music of radio and sound of unlimited amounts of TVs at the same time, but the food was good. Breakfast the female desk host was kind and friendly. The other staff member was quite rude when asking if they had gluten free bread he just responded bluntly "over there!" In general the building is good for age just the details of a poor maintenance and cleaning let's a potentially nice hotel down. I felt that I overpaid I must admit and I don't think I shall be returning in the near future. Also no disabled parking near the building entrance.

Lyhyt visiitti, mutta perusjuttujen epäkohdat hieman harmittaa.

Loistava, runsas, aamiainen.

Cons:

Huoneet ( 2kpl) oli kyllä pettymys liittyen jo buukkaukseen "teidät on upattu automaattisesti Bookingin kautta economy huoneesta standard- luokan huoneeseen.". Odotimme kyllä jotain hieman parempaa, tai oikeastaan kiinnostaisi, millainen Economy-huone on...

Vuoteissa oli liian leveät (yli laidan roikkuvat) sijauspatjat.
WC-paperiteline oli todella huonossa paikassa pakaran vieressä (parempi olisi siinä wc:n pöytätason kannen alapuolelle kiinnitys).
WC-bidesuihku myös hieman hankalasti käyttöön otettavissa (piirun verran alempana olisi parempi).
Suihkuun ujuttautuminen... suihkunurkkauksen ovien aukeamista hankaloitti sekä wc:n pöytätaso sekä pyyhehylly siinä wc-istuimen yllä. Eikä minkäänlaista hyllyä suihkussa omille shampoille yms.
Hämmästyimme P-maksuista. Onneksemme olimme julkisilla liikenteessä. Mutta olemme tottuneet, että hotelleissa majoittuvilta ei P-maksuja peritä.
