Pros:

Mycket trevlig personal och mycket aktiviteter runt omkring för barnen.

Cons:

Väldigt dåligt städat. Tjocka lager med smuts/klet på handtag som jag själv torkade bort. Fingeravtryck på speglar och garderobsdörrar o.s.v.

Pros:

Vähän alkaa ikä näkyä. Ravintolat eivät olleet avoinna, se oli harmillista.

Cons:

Illalla tuli palohälytys, se sinänsä oli ok ja tarpeellinen operaatio. Palokunnalle terveisiä - huusivat vain mikrofooniin, että saatte mennä sisään. Olisi pari sanaa syystä voinut kertoa.

Hyvä kokonaisuus remontin tarpeessa

Henkilökunta, palveluiden määrä, sijainti

Cons:

Kiinteistöt, erityisesti kylpylän tilat todella remontin tarpeessa. Lattia ja seinälaatat, pinnat, oikeastaan kaikki mahdollinen tarvisi remonttia melko pikaisesti. Koskaan ennen ei ole vielä alkanut häiritsemään tilojen kunto ennen tätä. Harmi sinänsä, koska remontin jälkeen koko paketti olisi tosi hyvä kaikkine palveluineen tuossa sijainnissa.

Aamiainen ihan hyvä.

Cons:

Ilmastointin ääni oli tosi iso, joka häiritsi yöllä. Palohälytys tuli aamulla ennen klo 7, henkilökuntaa ei informoinut mitenkään tästä tilanteesta mistä johtuu. Kaikki odottivat ulkona, mitä tapahtuu. Henkilökunta olisi voinut tulla ulos edes kertomaan mikä on tilanne .

Olipahan loma
Pros:

Kylpylä oli kiva vaikka seuraavana päivänä siellä oli asiakkaita jotka olivat uimassa alusvaatteillaan eikä se näyttänyt valvojia haittaavan.
Aamupala oli ok, toki jotkin asiat olivat loppuneet vaikka olimme suht aikasin paikan päällä. Perus mehu olisi ollut hyvä ja vohveleille olisi voinut olla vaikka ihan hilloakin tarjolla. Jos hilloa oli oli se sijoitettu huonoon paikkaan ettei löytynyt. Palvelut oli lähellä, toki joutui maksamaan parkmanin palvelumaksua kun liikuttiin omalla autolla niin veloitti aina joka kerta palvelumaksunkin.
Päästiin aiemmin huoneeseen mikä oli hyvä. Ravintolan tarjoama ruoka liian lappea siihen nähden kun matkustaa lapsen kanssa jolla rajoittunut syöminen.

Cons:

Kun saavuimme huoneeseemme löytyi sieltä kuolleita ötököitä ja käsienpesu ainetta ei oltu lisätty. Lisäksi ekana iltana alkoi palohälyttimet soimaan, poikani sai paniikkikohtauksen. Tosi huonosti infottiin mistä tämä johtui enkä jäänyt jonottamaan asiaa. Lähtö aamuna saimme herätä taas palohälytykseen ja taas kerran ei mitään infoa. Kun lähdimme pois ei edes pahoiteltu tätä asiaa saatikka kysytty kuinka viihdyimme. Olisin halunnut antaa palautteen naamatusten, mutta tapa juurikin ettei edes kehdata kysyä viihdyimmekö.

Bookingin kautta huonosti infottu mihkä kuuluu myös kylpylämaksu. Yritin katsoa uudestaan että mistä valita hotellitöpyminen, aamiainen + kylpylä.

Cons:

Huone oli melko alkeellinen: puolikkaat vaakaikkunat, joista näkyi vain taivas, yöpöytiä ei ollut lainkaan, tv:n älyominaisuudet estetty, wc:n ovi ei toiminut kunnolla. Varatyynyissä ei tyynyliinoja.
Respassa heikko asiakaspalvelu.
Aamiaisella tarjoilut osin loppu ja osin heikko tasoista.
Palohälytys soi aamulla, eikä hotellilla tullut mitään kuulutuksia/ infoa asian osalta.

the room was really hot. what i envisioned to be a staycation became a nightmare. the hotel needs to have a good renovation. the place is old, even the fire alarm was not that loud that you could hear right away. it took a good few minutes to realize that the sound was a fire alarm, and there was a suspected fire. The beddings and the bed need a serious makeover.. very old that its not crisp anymore..so many creases and the bed? total disaster. I really wish I just stayed home.
