The staff was very friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable. The included breakfast was fantastic with much to choose from. The pool and grounds are enjoyable. My wife so wants to return.

Cons:

The only thing is that the bathroom could use a little upgrade.

Pros:

The views were amazing. The breakfast was good and staff were very accommodating. The shuttle was very accessible although there is a gap during the day. It is walking distance from Sorrento town if you have good shoes with you.

We absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The views are stunning, the rooms are beautiful and spotless, and the whole place feels very elegant and relaxing. The staff really made our stay – everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Vittoria, Lauren, Rossella, Francesco and Nando (assistant maître d’) who were all fantastic. Breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of choice, and the food overall was delicious.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to fault. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Great and worth four-star hotel
Pros:

Great for a couple or friends to stay in Sorrento, beautiful view because of the location in the hill. Excellent and warm waiters in the restaurant and bar.

Cons:

Nothing. Just an advice if the hotel can add one return shuttle bus during the noon break between 12 am and 3 pm would be nice!

Lovely property perched on a hill overlooking Sorrento. Excellent shuttle service into town as you need it as it’s abit out of town. Friendly front reception staff who are happy to help you. Wonderful restaurant staff who looked after us each morning for breakfast, very professional and always doing their best to ensure our stay was perfect! 10/10! Thanks Aminta

Just a little out of town but it was actually much quieter than Sorrento town which we loved in the end.
