جمال وروح الموظفة التي كانت ف الاستقبال كان اول واهم انطباع لي منذ البداية تلاها نظافة وإطلالة الغرفة الجميلة ، وإفطارهم المتنوع الشهي وإطلالة المطعم الرائعه على المدينة والبحر . أمام الفندق موقف باصات ومن ضمن الباصات باص لونه اسود مخصص مجانا الفندق يوصلك لوسط المدينة و يرجعك حسب الجدول المحدد ، مواقف الفندق محانية 👍

Splendida location affacciata sul golfo di Sorrento. Al Nostro arrivo la responsabile della reception ci ha offerto una splendida camera con vista. Colazione eccellente, servizio navetta per Sorrento sempre disponibile.

We were really dissappointed with the taste of food at the restaurant (a la cart for dinner/lunch). Besides the Christmas Eve special menu, all other food was tasteless. Our impression was that the products used were simply low quality. When you pay 30 EUR per meal at such a hotel, you would expect a certain quality of ypur meal. Unfortunately, we heard also other guests complaining about the same. Therefore, -1 point just for the food. You can forgive such things for breakfast menu, which is included in the rate of the room, but not when you pay extra. If not for the heavy rains, we would go every night to the city centre for dinner, of course, as the hotel provides a shuttle bus.
The views are spectacular, the breakfast is the best, rich with taste and quality and lots of variety day to day, the staff very welcoming.
The shuttle bus right on time and quick to get to town and back though the walk down is also quick 20 min walk.

Las instalaciones
Estoy seguro que deje en la habitación un tarjetero de alpaca con mis iniciales MAC y adentro mis tarjetas de debito y crédito. Siempre lo deje en la habitación y al tercer dia desapareció con mis tarjetas. Es muy extraño lo que ocurrió y no pongo en dudas la honorabilidad del personal de limpieza; pero lamentablemente estas desaparecieron. El dato favorable es que pasaron 2 días hasta q di de baja las tarjetas y las mismas no fueron usadas.
Priveliștea la mare, Napoli și Vezuviu. Personalul atent și ospitalier. Exista transport gratuit din ora in oră de la locație către centrul orașului Sorrento.
