Always a pleasant and comfortable stay with a great location and very kind staff.
Pros:

Albani Hotel is always my preferred choice when I stay in Rome. It has a very good location, close to my office, and the hotel is well maintained, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is always very kind, professional and helpful. I have stayed here several times and consistently had a very pleasant experience. Definitely a hotel I am happy to return to.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I always enjoy staying here and have had a very good experience.

Quiet, comfortable hotel near the Borghese Gardens
Pros:

The rooms were stylish and comfortable. Our room had a small deck that overlooked the gardens of a private villa. So, the neighborhood was very quiet. The staff were very helpful. The gym made it possible for me to rebuild strength after surgery at a nearby hospital.

Cons:

The bar wasn’t as lively as we would have liked.

Pár napos városnézésre teljesen megfelelő, de csak annak aki kompromisszum kész.
Pros:

Pár napos tartózkodáshoz a reggeli teljesen megfelelő, hosszabb távon már teljesen egysíkú változatosság nulla. Szoba nekünk tetszett , az ágy kimondottan kényelmes volt, nekünk a zuhanyzó hiánya sem volt zavaró nagyon jókat fürödtünk a kisfiammal. Minden nap takarítottak és cserélték a törölközőket. Volt egy kis hűtő és széf is a szobában ami szintén nagyon tetszett.

Cons:

Sajnos a szomszéd szobában lakó nem európai viselkedési normákon szocializálódott népektől este pihenni nem nagyon lehetett! Elviselhetetlenek voltak üvőltöztek, még véletlenül sem volt rá példa,hogy az ajtó maguk mögött ne úgy csapódjon be,ezzel még lehetet volna együtt élni mivel valószínű ez a természetes beidegződés náluk. Mivel a sátor ajtaját sem kell csukogatni. A gyerekek rohangáltak, sikítoztak egyfolytában a folyosón, állandóan kopogtak a szoba ajtón, mivel nem tudtak vissza menni. Többször kértük tőlük csendesebbek legyenek, azon kívül, hogy elnézést kértek és mondták, hogy oké, semmi nem történt. A legjobban az bosszant, hogy hajnali fél egykor a gyerekek rohangálnak és üvőltöznek a folyosón, és a személyzet semmit nem tesz, ez számomra teljesen érthetetlen.
Ami még nem igazán tetszett az a környék, számomra érthetetlen, hogy az emberek egy pöcegödörnek használják az utcát, a látvány és a szagok az kiábrándító!
