Important information:

As part of our exciting rebranding journey to become Grand Mercure Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang by
Accor, renovation works are currently in progress and are expected to continue until 30th September
2025.

Temporary Arrangements:

1.Hotel Entrance
Guest access will be temporarily redirected to Swiss-Garden Hotel Temporary Lobby, located at the
back of the hotel building. Directional signage will be provided to guide all arrivals.

2. Reception
The Lobby (Reception) will be relocated to Casuarina, Level 1, Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang.

3. Coffee House
The Coffee House will be relocated to Level 6, Swiss-Garden Residences (South Tower).
Operating Hours : 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM

4. Parking Information
Guests arriving by car are advised to park at Swiss-Garden Residences, located next to the temporary
lobby. Clear signage will be in place to assist you with directions to both the parking and the check-in
area.

Ongoing improvements include exterior wall repainting and the installation of architectural façade
lighting to enhance the hotel's appearance and ambiance. Kindly note that the swimming pool will be temporarily closed until further notice for upgrading works .

We are making every effort to minimize any inconvenience during this period. Your comfort remains
our top priority, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to elevate your
future experience with us.
