Temporary Arrangements:
1.Hotel Entrance
Guest access will be temporarily redirected to Swiss-Garden Hotel Temporary Lobby, located at the
back of the hotel building. Directional signage will be provided to guide all arrivals.
2. Reception
The Lobby (Reception) will be relocated to Casuarina, Level 1, Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang.
3. Coffee House
The Coffee House will be relocated to Level 6, Swiss-Garden Residences (South Tower).
Operating Hours : 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM
4. Parking Information
Guests arriving by car are advised to park at Swiss-Garden Residences, located next to the temporary
lobby. Clear signage will be in place to assist you with directions to both the parking and the check-in
area.
Ongoing improvements include exterior wall repainting and the installation of architectural façade
lighting to enhance the hotel's appearance and ambiance. Kindly note that the swimming pool will be temporarily closed until further notice for upgrading works .

L'hôtel est très bien placé, à proximité de plusieurs spots. Les serviettes à disposition à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et à thème (indien, chinois...). Le personnel est aux petits soins et chaleureux.
- La présence de moustique dans le restaurant.
- La piscine est sans surveillance, elle peut vite devenir très bruyante ! J'aurais préféré qu'on exige aux hôtes le respect du calme pour le bien-être de tous !
- L'insonorisation n'est pas vraiment efficace, il est vrai qu'on n'entend pas les voitures mais on arrive à entendre les motos ! De plus, dans notre chambre il y a une porte condamnée qui mène à la chambre d'à côté, on arrive à entendre la télé et la discussion des voisins à travers cette porte !!!
- Remarque, la nuit il y a un bruit de ventilation qui persiste même quand le climatiseur est éteint.

Bathroom had a leak. Bathrobe was promised but never delivered. Breakfast way below average. Location: good for someone interested in shopping at Pavilion Mall, but traffic was brutal. I arrived at 4:30 AM only to be told I should wait till 3 PM for check-in. I asked for a room against fees for an extra night but the kid receptionist was not helpful at all. He actually denied having any vacancies. I checked with Booking.com and concluded there were vacancies. That kid claimed they did but not the same as the one I reserved. I told him I need any room for whatever price to crash after 20 hours on the road, but totally ignored me. At 8:00 AM he was replaced by a young lady (who actually knew how to smile) but who told me the exact same story, only preceded by: "sorry sir, but ...". End of story: I spent the time till about 1 PM wandering around Pavilion.
Hotel location was great with lot of convenience stores opposite to hotel. Easy walk to Bukit Bintang and food street. great rooms and view. Perfect for family vocation.
Great location, close to Jalan Alor, the food street. We also walked and took short taxis to Petaling street, Petronas Towers, shopping malls, and KLCC park. The pool was nice too for a cooling dip.
No complaints
The hotel is well maintained and furnished. The beds are so comfortable and I had a relaxing sleep. The hotel is located in uncrowded place of Bukit Bentang which assure quite sleep in the night. Everything looks neat and clean.

Narrow, tight-turning ramp at basement carpark. Have to maneuver carefully to avoid scraping vehicle's rims/sides.
