As part of our exciting rebranding journey to become Grand Mercure Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang by
Accor.

Temporary Arrangements:

1.Hotel Entrance
Guest access will be temporarily redirected to Swiss-Garden Hotel Temporary Lobby, located at the
back of the hotel building. Directional signage will be provided to guide all arrivals.

2. Reception
The Lobby (Reception) will be relocated to Casuarina, Level 1, Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang.

3. Coffee House
The Coffee House will be relocated to Level 6, Swiss-Garden Residences (South Tower).
Operating Hours : 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM

4. Parking Information
Guests arriving by car are advised to park at Swiss-Garden Residences, located next to the temporary
lobby. Clear signage will be in place to assist you with directions to both the parking and the check-in
area.

Ongoing improvements include exterior wall repainting and the installation of architectural façade
lighting to enhance the hotel's appearance and ambiance. Kindly note that the swimming pool will be temporarily closed until further notice for upgrading works .

Not in any way a five star hotel - not even four star. Nothing like how it’s presented online.
Pros:

Great location. Recommend the hotpot restaurant on the corner. Good size rooms and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Room wasn’t serviced much and when it was they didn’t clear away dirty cups and glasses. Had to keep asking for coffee pods and water, and even toilet roll. Didn’t go to breakfast much as standard wasn’t great and I was badly burned on the wall of the toaster. On second night they said the hotel served no alcohol, but on the final night there was a sign on the bar about beer. No information available about eating options or facilities - staff did not seem to believe that hotel info wasn’t on my TV. Aircon was very noisy. Toilet was very noisy and not working properly on the first night. Was staying for work and will not book again, and will also tell colleagues to avoid it.
