I like the restaurant option because this makes it more convenient.

Cons:

The coffee wasn't that great and there was no organic raw sugar option. Usually at Double Tree there is.

We had a nice, cold, clean and welcoming night.
Pros:

I really liked the security around the elevators and doors. Because you had to have a key card to be able to use them it made me feel more safe! I also loved the cookies

Cons:

I couldn’t find the stairs anywhere. I feel like there should be more signs pointing to them so in an event of an emergency people know where to go.

Love how clean it is , except the room seemed like they didn’t clean the bathtub & it has a smell like mold / humid

The hotel isn’t double tree standards but it was a okay stay

Cons:

EXTREME OVER CHARGE, it’s 3 dollars for the water bottles in the room and 28 for parking, absolutely ridiculous considering I paid 400 dollars for 3 nights,it’s down town so I get the parking but I’ve been to other double trees and the water being a charge is just nuts
