We were rushed during check in because the clerk made it very clear she was more interested in trying to make a date with one of the guests who came into the lobby than she was in getting my husband and myself registered. Can you imagine my surprise when she jerked my credit card out of my hand and told me if we wanted to park it was going to cost 50.00 and then said she hoped we wanted parking since she had just charged us for it. She gave us one key and said bye, leaned across the counter and went back to her conversation.
Our room was beautiful. But no hot water in the morning for showers

If you’re going to a concert at BOK this location is great! LONG wait to check in. LONG wait for the elevator (bc of the concert). Staff was pleasant to except one. Clean and nice.
After the concert we walked back and were going to finish watching a softball game for the World Series. There were clearly people in there, even people after us and the bartender was very rude saying they were closing. She proceeded to help other people, even giving them just water.
It was close to the BOK Center, which is why we booked it.
The line was extremely long to check in. The digital key system was not working even though I checked in on the app. The hotel did not have one of my two rooms ready when we arrived at 5 (check in was 4) which caused an issue with my party of 8 being able to get ready for a concert. I would NOT suggest booking through booking.com because now Hilton is saying they can’t even issue me a refund since I booked 3rd party.
Location and shuttle to the concert
I was given the wrong room. A guest entered my room at 11:15 at night that knew my name. It was terrifying. While my daughter was sleeping I had to go down to the front desk to try and rectify the issue. The line for check-in was like entering an amazement park.
The staff eas exceptional considering the large crowd. Breakfast was yummy and there was a large selection. The shuttle to the BOK center helped and the driver was friendly.
Nothing! All went well!
I liked the proximity to BOK.
Having to wait over an hour to check in. Unable to use app to check to avoid the hour wait. Having long wait times for elevators due to number of people in the building. The hotel gave away my 2 queen bed for a king bed…. There were 2 adults and 2 children
Location and staff friendliness
The location was great and the room was clean and inviting. The staff was awesome sands thank you for the yummy cookie! 😆
One small problem. The faucet in the tub would not turn completely off. There was a slight streaming of water.
Was not aware that I had to pay for parking per day.
The hot tub and pool area were clean, the bed was comfortable
The staff was very rude and didn't explain anything. I was given my room car wasnt told where the elevator was or where the parking garage was. Breakfast staff was also rude when we told them breakfast was included in our room and they didn't check in after that
Property was great
No problem
Good Doubletree with the facilities you expect
We stayed over a weekend. On the Saturday the hotel was very busy and noisy but the real problem was on the Sunday evening.
We went for a light evening meal but were told that did to a plumbing problem the kitchen was closed.
I felt the hotel then missed an opportunity
They should have followed that up by providing a list of suitable alternatives maybe with a bit of an incentive to use then.
Instead they relied on a staff member to inform us and she suggested a place which unfortunately was closed on Sundays. I must stress that I do not blame this staff member at all she was just trying to be helpful
There was also Quinta next to the closed restaurant a merry of staff went out of his way to help us
Customer Service
The Pool and Jacuzzi were fun.
It wasn't a horrible stay, but it definitely wasn't great or worth the money. I won't be back.
The entire 2 night stay I couldn't get signed into the Internet on my phone. Couldn't get anything charged to the room from my phone. When I went downstairs and asked for help the woman was short with me and seemed frustrated (she couldn't get it to work either) so I just gave up and went back to my room. She tried signing in several times and it wouldn't allow her access. I couldn't order food from the room because of this which was super frustrating. It would take the order then wouldn't accept a charge to the room or even a debit card payment.
I ended up going down stairs and ordering food. It wasn't worth $36 (a ham grilled cheese and a burger). Very greasy. My S/O wanted the tortilla soup and the woman taking the order actually told him the soup was terrible that day and she recommended not ordering it.
When we first checked in, there was also what looked like coffee (that's at least what I hope it was) spilled on one of the pillows and the case (a large amount- not a tiny dribble). That tells you they don't wash the pillow cases and sheets every single time between guests.
I should have taken photos but didn't. I just stripped the pillow and found a room cleaning maid.
The air conditioner kept shutting off all night (happened both nights). It would start out cooling- fan on high and then a few hours in it would completely kick off. Both nights we woke up sweating- checked the thermostat (set at 69 on cool) and it would be 74-76 degrees in there. The room even got up to 79 degrees Saturday morning around 6am.
The walls are extremely thin. We stayed on the 10th floor and we heard every siren/ambulance as if we were floor level- up against the road. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallway as if the door was open. I travel quite a bit and am used to noise in hotels. But this was quite extreme.
I was charge for parking for both nights and only parking one night my vehicle was parked at someones home the first night
The breakfast was good and the location was close to BOK which we had tickets for the hockey games there.
Everything was great.
