Pros:

I like the restaurant option because this makes it more convenient.

Cons:

The coffee wasn't that great and there was no organic raw sugar option. Usually at Double Tree there is.

Clean, great atmosphere and would recommend to a colleague.
Pros:

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the front desk staff were very sweet. Deneese helped me and she was very nice and helpful. My room was standard and everything looked clean and was quiet. I did also enjoy that the thermostat could be turned down further and ran like normal. Most hotels, this feature doesn't work well so it gets either too hot or too cold/humid.

Cons:

The lights were dim, so had to turn on a few for it to be a good brightness, but I didn't have them on long enough to care.

We had a nice, cold, clean and welcoming night.
Pros:

I really liked the security around the elevators and doors. Because you had to have a key card to be able to use them it made me feel more safe! I also loved the cookies

Cons:

I couldn’t find the stairs anywhere. I feel like there should be more signs pointing to them so in an event of an emergency people know where to go.

The hotel isn’t double tree standards but it was a okay stay

EXTREME OVER CHARGE, it’s 3 dollars for the water bottles in the room and 28 for parking, absolutely ridiculous considering I paid 400 dollars for 3 nights,it’s down town so I get the parking but I’ve been to other double trees and the water being a charge is just nuts

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and attentive. My daughter and I came in very late and he had already checked us in and had my room key and directions ready for me. This made check-in very easy so we could quickly get to our room and get some rest.

Cons:

Well, breakfast was delicious. It was a little pricey. I also would recommend having some flavored creamer for the coffee.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and inviting, quick with solutions, clean and knowledgeable. The bartender that evening in the restaurant was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

My wife ordered the steak and I ordered the Birria tacos. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor. My tacos on the other hand had left something to be desired. Dry and bland were my main criticism as they more closely resemble regular shredded beef tacos. The salsa was delicious but again, a stretch for traditional Birria.
