We had a great stay while visiting the area for a football game. The staff at check in were pleasant. Our room upgrade based on our Bonvoy status exceeded expectations with a fridge and microwave in the room. Overall a great experience.
Our sister was in a tragic accident and in ICU at Forsyth Hospital for nearly 4 weeks now. Everyone has been so kind from the dining room lady, to housekeeping, but especially the front desk team. Reme has bent over backwards to help us from printing legal docents ro getting Roberto to help us dumpster dive to find my sister's wedding rings from her clothes that EMS had to cut off her that we inadvertently thre away. Shanya recommended a very accommodating driver, Kenny, to transport us to and from the hospital. And Tanya greeted us at the end each day with a smile and concern, making us feel like we were coming home.
Every single staff person always asked how our sister was progressing. I had a company with 32 full time professionals and know the challenge of finding and retaining excellent staff. I also had a 4 diamond hotel as a client for over 20+ years. I know quality. And this hotel has achieved perfection.
