The staff was polite and nice.
The cleanliness, the living conditions, the elevators failed to work, too much negative activity, no security, the towels were poor in shape.
My stove wasn't repaired until 1 day before my stay was finished. The clerks at the counter are never at the counter they don't open the counter until late in the morning around 10 AM. Also your maintenance man never got the entry lock fixed for the back door.
Smelt Marijuana all the time in the building
The price was good, the hotel didn’t offer breakfast or coffee.

Ms Denise Denise was very accommodating and a very had worker. I give her 10 stars . But the rest of the staff members were not very helpful or accommodating. Ms Denise was pleasant even under pressure.
Unable to get clean towels or linen , towel or sheets. Not very clear how you get in touch with staff after hours. Rooms cloud have been cleaner . Towels and linen could have been cleaned better still had spots on them.

It was ok clean but no dishes or cup to use bed was not comfortable it’s very standard. Not bad tho at just need things for travelers as far as hair dryer dishes pillows ect
