I'm sorry to say but it felt like I was at a slum Hotel.
Pros:

Mattress was comfortable. AC was quiet

Cons:

Pool was drained. Lamp shades pillow cases were stain but clean. Blanket cover and blanket had cigarette Burns. Walls were dirty door had shoe prints like somebody kicked it. restroom walls were dirty had hair. restroom floor had someone else hair. Windows were stian and dirty fingerprints. Smell like a old hospital. Didn't have Wi-Fi. TV was hooked up to local antenna.

Not a great hotel.

The lady was nice in front and got my money back

Bugs everywhere. Dirty, and smelly rooms. I had to leave and get a hotel 30 minutes away.

I would never book there again. False advertisement

I didn't like anything.

Cons:

There was no hot water, the fridge was broken and leaning with a wooden brick holding it up.
It was also dirty and rusted inside. There was no smoke detector, the curtain were falling off the hook and broken.
I have bug bits on my arm . There was no one who cleans the rooms we never got any other clean towls , in the bathroom spots in the tub were molded and there was rusted cracks in the door.
I paid money for this room and it did not look like any of the pictures here on bookkng.com.
I also emailed management the same night which was Friday and have not received a response.

Window was left open turned on the light too see a big ass cockroach.

Worst stay of my life. Will never go back.
Pros:

The housekeeper manager believes because her family owns the hotel that she can treat guests like crap. She yells at other peoples kids instead of coming to the parents. She also screams at the guest when she is unable to understand. She is also deaf.

Cons:

Very disrespectful and should not be open to the public.

Service, smelly room ,no smoke detector door key wasn't working waited about 45 minutes outside to get new key .Night time no one @ front desk for assistance. Will never come there very bad experience.

Cheap isn't always the way to go!!!
Pros:

The location was just what I needed.

Cons:

First off the bed didn't have a sheet on it, 2nd both of the bed blankets had burn spots, 3rd there was hair in the shower, on the wall and the soap holder, 4th the chair at the desk didn't have a back to it, 5th and worst of all there were roaches in my room, 1 on the wall, witch I took a picture of, 1 in the bathroom on the floor, he looked like he was dieing and the 1 on my pillow witch was a baby, but very dicomforting to say the least.

Fraud Alert. Take pictures of the damage!
Pros:

I am asked to comment on what went well. Well the building did not burn down while I was asleep. I did not get Aids or suffer a Fentanyl overdose from a needle sticking me in the ass! And the sex workers hanging around look like a GOOD VALUE!!!

Cons:

I had to call my credit Card Company for a Deposit Refund. The property's phone number was a bad number. They did not reply to my e-mail.

The room was horrible. I took pictures and made a video for my protection. Missing sofa counion. Burn marks in the carpet, burn marks in the bedspread, stained bedding! MOLD!!! Heater that only blew cold air.
