Cons:

Smells weird, rooms are so small and bathroom mirror was shattered in 2 places as well as the counter, some light switches worked not all of them most of the plug ins in the room didn’t work

Charged me a fee for my service animal floors were dirty toilets didnt flush walls were just spackled over.. literally threw away the pj's and the clothes I came in for fear there were bed bugs..

Pros:

My boyfriend and I travel for work. It's very hard to find a decent hotel. Microtel was clean, safe, and the staff were very kind. We will 100% be coming back.

I expected better seeing it was a hotel by Wyndham. But it definitely did not stand up to their reputation.
Pros:

I like the set up of the lobby. I also liked the waffles that were served for breakfast and the layout of the bathroom in the room. They also dated him to find two brushes for everyone. And the next day gave us an iron that even though it was heavenly burned it did work.

Cons:

The room service lady was rude, weird standing, blocking the back entrance. The room had some type of stench. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The blanket had a burn hole in it and it was a non-smoking room. Most of the lights didn’t work in the room. The pillows seemed very worn, kind of flat.

I really liked the part where I left

Cons:

The smell of incense was enough to send an elephant into respiratory distress. The sheets had stains, electrical wires exposed, drink station, vending machine was out of service. The staff seemed bothered by my stay. The breakfast was a waste of time. Cereal and waffles. They did provide a community milk jug. Yogurt cup was moldy. Just went to subway.
