All in all, we were so ready to check out of there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The noise from children in the hallway and in the adjoining room was too much. Commode was running all the time except when I jiggled the handle. TV quit working.

Will not stay again
Pros:

Required an additional $25 refundable deposit when I got there that they did not refund even though there was no damage to the room. The bedspread had burn holes in it and the towels were stained.

Cons:

The "nonrefundable" additional deposit to the $54 I paid for the room and the burn holes in the duvet and the stains on the towels.

It was horrible! Don’t come here!!!!!
Pros:

Roaches everywhere, side door broken-no lock, safety violation! Ac wall sockets (220 vaults) exposed!!! (Can electrocute or kill a child!) staff tried to intimidate guests when having booking fix the problem. Tried to get me to cancel booking (don’t do that! They’re you’re security!!!) by offering a lower price! Scam!!! Horrid place to stay! Don’t stay here!!!!!!

Cons:

Owner of the place don't care about cleanliness nor peace of their guests. One of them was banging, knocking and yelling on a door for an hour straight. After the first 30 minutes I called the front desk when I explained what was happening he said "yes ma'am I know it just takes us long to wake that guys up every night!" I reply with excuses me? Its 4am!!! And it still continued till they woke that person up! The entire family lives in on one side of the building and didn't care about children screaming and slamming doors at 1am. I will Never Book here again!

Roaches, very dirty and hostile staff
Pros:

I’ve stayed at about 20 different microtels and have never experienced one this bad. It’s not a “you get what you pay for” situation… it’s much worse. Dropped our bags off, went out to eat, came back and while my fiancé was showering, I noticed roaches and two spiders right away, as well as the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen before. There was poop on the toilet seat, insane stains on all towels and blankets, floors were sticky and obviously not cleaned, anything you moved in the room there was a pile of dust and crumbs sitting there. I didn’t get to take pictures of everything because I just wanted to get my stuff out as fast as possible. The front desk staff was extremely hostile and actually told me at first that he wouldn’t refund me because I “told Priceline there was bugs”…. Like it was some kind of secret. Argued with us and accused us of lying about everything. When I showed them pics of stuff in the room he showed me pictures of evidence that my fiancé showered lol and said he needed to protect himself??? Rooms smelled very bad and humid, front desk area also smelled like body odor. Staff pointed out a guest that they said had been staying for an extended period and asked her if she’s ever seen bugs?? Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. When I wrote to Microtel about this I was told everything was clean and to not make assumptions about staff or guests because I said it was Indian owned and that the guest they called out was staying for months…. But it’s Indian owned and the staff member was the one that told me she had been staying for awhile so I didn’t “assume” anything. Priceline ended up fully refunding me, but they will do everything they can to not refund as you can see in other reviews. They’ll just basically tell you “I’m sorry YOU don't understand our refund policy” like the whole place isn’t a sanitary hazard.

Smells weird, rooms are so small and bathroom mirror was shattered in 2 places as well as the counter, some light switches worked not all of them most of the plug ins in the room didn’t work
