Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Amazing, wife loved the room with a kitchen, it felt and smelled like new all over, this will be our hub stoop for our monthly travels. The Breakfast was fantastic like being at home. Only issue nickle and dime the cutomer to pay for parking , its crazy.

Fine but not complete

The room was nicely set up

Cons:

They closed the hot tub and pool area at 8 pm. After driving 10 hours it’s what we was looking forward to.

Yearly visit
Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years when I visit. It’s my favorite it’s close to the airport always get a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. I do miss the dinners you used to serve!!!

Check-in delayed two hours
Pros:

We had a confirmed, prepaid reservation but were held at check-in for two hours because our payment was to Hotels.com rather than to the hotel itself. We had no way of knowing this and it should not have been our problem.
