Pros:

Superfreundliches Personal, wir durften schon 2 Stunden früher einchecken, was uns wirklich gerettet hat, weil wir wegen eines langen Fluges vollkommen KO waren.
Es gab auch ein kleines Goodie Bag, mit Wasser und einigen Naschereien.
Das Frühstück war absolut ok und hat sehr gut geschmeckt

They definitely need ant traps. Breakfast was great.
Pros:

We liked the extra pillows and that the pullout had sheets on already.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable pullout and only 2 towels for 4 people.

Quiet hotel in the heart of Newton

Best of a bad situation
Pros:

They make the best out of a 2-3 star hotel stay. Will say the suites are exceptionally better than the standard rooms. Great service. Shout out Daman

My day was comfortable, reasonable price enjoyed the hot tub and a quick breakfast

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no tap on their machine and I could not remember my pin and it caused stress when checking in.

Best Western experience at its best.
Pros:

I stayed at the Best Western King George Inn & Suites for two nights in March 2026, while I was in town to watch my adult son participate in his hockey playoffs. I have stayed in a few different hotels in the last year, and I prioritize cleanliness and noise level over anything else. This hotel more than met my expectations. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They handed me a small welcome gift (which was a nice touch) and were happy to provide me with a late checkout on the last day of my stay, and were able to provide me with several dining suggestions. The room itself was very clean, and the furniture and fixtures were in good repair, if not brand new. Although there was a great deal of road construction around the hotel, I didn't experience any discomfort or loud noises. If I needed to return to Surrey, New Westminster, or any of the other nearby communities, I would definitely look to book at this Best Western again.

The price was a little higher than I would have liked; I understand there were tournaments in town but that shouldn’t drive the price up that much

Pros:

Front desk Manager Aman was excellent! He was very helpful, courteous and attentive. He offered our boys some "goodie" snack bags when we arrived and he also provided us with water bottles for our drive home!
The hot breakfast was adequate, it would have been nice to have bacon and sausages each morning with the scrambled eggs. They ran out of yogurt our first morning.
The hot tub was wonderful after a day of shopping!
It was great to have a fridge and microwave in our room, we warmed up some left overs from our restaurant meal, that was great.

Cons:

The Queen suite is abit tight for space, not alot of extra space. The mattress on the hide-a-bed was quite hard, our son had a hard time falling asleep, might be time for a new mattress!

Cons:

Out of all the years staying there for some reason, the room wasn’t like the other ones, this one seemed like it was just cleaned properly or the rooms just need some maintenance.

Nice welcome overall good accommodation.
Pros:

Staff on front desk was EXCELLENT. Good selection at breakfast. Rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Could only turn right leaving parking lot….had to make a u-turn on the blvd to go the other way.
