La posizione, l’ambiente delle camere e del terrazzo.

Struttura con bella terrazza sul porto. Stanze spaziose. Posizione centralissima
Staff scortese alla reception. Modo di fare veramente scontroso, non in linea con un 4 stelle. Sin dal primo momento fino al check out la signora rispondeva malissimo.
Per di più in camera avevano un phon non funzionante e abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere un altro phon, giustificando più volte la nostra richiesta.
Ogni richiesta veniva accolta come se ci facessero un favore, facendolo pesare.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo.
Abbiamo anche usufruito del bar per fare un aperitivo, sedendoci a un tavolo indicato in un primo momento dal personale. Nonostante il bar fosse pressoché vuoto, ci è stato chiesto di spostarci ad un altro tavolo con una vista peggiore nell’eventualità in cui fosse arrivato un gruppo numeroso. Noi eravamo in 4, avevamo precisato che ci saremmo fermati mezz’ora ma ciò nonostante hanno insistito per farci spostare. Morale della favola: quando siamo andati via il tavolo per l’ipotetico gruppo numeroso era ancora vuoto con l’unico risultato di aver scontentato un cliente.

L’hôtel a un bel emplacement. Traditionnel et pittoresque
La direction a pris la mauvaise décision de faire une discothèque sur la terrasse à ciel ouvert au milieu de l’hôtel et des chambres. La musique ne s’arrête pas avant 3.00am et le temps que la jeunesse qui le reste pas à l’hôtel s’en aille et que la nuisance sonore s’estompe, il est 04:30 am pour commencer à dormir. Inacceptable! … spécialement à plus de 650€ la nuit
