Panarea e’ molto bella ed e’ la fortuna di questa struttura. La posizione e’ ottima. La struttura è storica, parti comune ben tenute. Terrazza per colazione con vista sulla baia molto bella. La stanza carina, seppur il bagno meriterebbe una rinfrescata per il prezzo delle stanze diciamo che si potrebbe fare di più.

Pro e contro: terrazza con musica ad alto volume tutte le sere a luglio ed agosto.Il DJ era molto bravo, però contate musica fino all 1 o 2 a.m.

Cons:

Noi abbiamo usufruito di una offerta di Booking, ma il prezzo delle stanze è mediamente più alto. Di solito non commento lo Staff (massimo rispetto per i dipendenti, per un lavoro complesso) ma non c’è minima attenzione al cliente.

In 5 giorni camerieri al mattino a colazione sembravano irritati dalla presenza dei clienti: non venivano al tavolo, rispondevano ai clienti stranieri in modo poco educato per richieste semplici.

Una sera troviamo uno SCARAFAGGIO nella doccia, chiamiamo il servizio in camera per prendere provvedimenti, che sono stati: togliere lo scarafaggio a mano, mettere un piattino da caffè sullo scolo della doccia, dire che ogni tanto capita e lasciarci in quella stanza.

Wonderful views of the sea, shame the lack of access to it
Pros:

Beautiful location with an amazing view of the nearby islands. The best part was the breakfast with a view. Staff was lovely and attentive.

Cons:

No access to a pool or a private beach, this was definitely problematic, as the only lido in the island is fairly far away and substandard.
