Pros:

The staff was great, location was great.

Cons:

The television didn’t work. Only one light in the whole room worked. The room wasn’t stocked with enough towels and wash cloths. The property didn’t look nothing like what is pictured.

Through room was dirty and unsecured.
Pros:

The original woman that helped me was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The door on the room had a huge gap under it and on the side of it. The deadbolt didnt work, I had to slam the door to get it to stay closed. If I pulled the door handle hard enough the door would just open. The A/C unit was falling off the wall and the wall under the window was waterstained from leaks. The towels in the bathroom were black with filth and had black hairs on them. When I asked to be able to just leave or at the least be moved to a clean room the "manager" who was in street clothes and who i thought was just a guest went into the office and put a piece of paper on the desk and said your card will be refunded in 2 to 3 business days and walked away. I would NEVER stay there again.

Pros:

Nothing! BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. Needs to be shut down!!! Once we checked in we went to the room then back to the front desk to check OUT!

Cons:

Black mold everywhere! Floors dirty! Lamp shade rusted, non smoking room reeked of smoke, lady at the desk tried to charge me a 25.00 hold fee even tho I paid online. Then didn’t say another word after I told her no.

They need to hire more friendly and accepting staff. The night crew won’t get you anything

Cons:

The staff. For starters. The rooms kind of smelled. I was banned from the property after I was checked out and given deposit back. Yet I booked a return stay and when I got there they told me I was banned from the property and wouldn’t get my money back bc it’s non refundable?? Hello if I knew I was banned I wouldn’t have booked the stay. The big black woman that works nights and is ther some mornings checked me out and told me I was good to go. I think she needs to be fired for letting me leave after checking my room and returning my deposit. Bc I lost out on the reservation.

Roaches were everywhere in the room. On the sink, floor bathroom and walls. The owner refused to check me out and return my money instead moved us to another room for the 1st night. But we checked out in the morning
