Pros:

Nothing i didn't eve stay there, place is full of mold
Door for the room didn't even want to open so we left they took our deposit money and our hotel money that we paid really really bad

Not good I did not even stay the night there I left without getting my money back.

The staff was really nice-

The rooms someone could easily break in with a knife or card the outside of the doors and building needs a fresh paint job and update.

We only stayed 2 out of 5 days of our stay because it was dirty and ran down bad. I want a refund but still haven’t gott
Pros:

Only thing that I liked about it was that it’s so close to town.

Cons:

I didn’t like how when me and my 3yo son entered the building the AC was not working for the employees. The first room they gave us the door was literally broken, there was no elevator to get to our room comfortably. There must have been very little staff because they never came to clean our room during our stay and I had to ask for towels they were never accessible unless asked for. Pool was not working it was green. We were put on the second floor with all our baggage, staff didn’t help us up the stairs. I asked to change rooms and they gave us a room still no clean towels after waiting for staff to clean a room for us the door wasn’t broken that time but we didn’t stay that night after seeing what the new room looked like I was just over it and wanted a refund nobody was at the front when we packed up and came in the lobby so I called up there and asked for a refund and they just ended up setting the phone down for over 30 minutes so I had to hang up I tried to call back nobody answered. So we only ended up staying there for two nights it was a bad experience

Run away for your life!
Pros:

absolutely nothing!

Cons:

Property was very nasty with worn paint,trash everywhere,pool was seaweed green. There was a syringe with needle exposed right in the walkway. In the end I went back to office and canceled. I contacted Booking. Com for refund and they told me I would get a full refund. It’s now been 7 business days and still no refund…

Nada no me gusta nada ese lugar ya no debería llamarse hotel es lo peor que he visto y me parece un robo ya que muestran una fachada y un lobby muy limpio y fresco y luego abres una puerta y es otro edificio el que hay atrás que es lo peor del mundo.

No me gustó nada no me pude quedar, perdí mi dinero porque no me permitieron reembolsarlo y sólo estuve 3 minutos en la habitación, tenían cucarachas y las paredes con hoyos que se podía ver la insulation, los pisos no tiene explicación de sucios y con cera de chicle pegado en el piso un lobby muy lindo y una vez abres la segunda puerta eso se convierte en lo más asquerosos que he visto en mis 44 años

There was water in the floor that blew in from under the door. The room stank. The desk clerk was rude and not friendly. Too 20 minutes to check in and we only stayed 45 minutes and decided to go home
