Yataklar çok iyi, odaları geniş ferah. Konumu iyi tabi bu da bazen dezavantaj, sonu 01-02 veya 15li olanlar yani arkaya bakanlar aşırı gürültülü, upgrade ettiler ama maalesef klima havalandırma ve bar yüksek müzik konuşma yüksek katte olmama rağmen zor uyudum.

Kahvaltı ise var demek için konulmuş.
100-150-200 dolardan fazla verilmez özelliklere. Aynı civardaki zincir otellerde de kaldım gürültüsü olmasa çoğundan iyi odası yatağı vs.

Le inservienti mi hanno rubato la camicia di un pigiama anche piuttosto costoso dopo già la prima notte e ciò mi dispiace molto poiché il team alla reception e la struttura sono di un ottimo livello per un 3 stelle e soprattutto una posizione perfetta a Manhattan

Cons:

Wybrałem pokój dla 3 osób, a otrzymałem pokój z jednym łóżkiem, bez możliwości dostawki. Obsługa twierdziła, że jest to „normalne”, jednak dla mnie zdecydowanie nie jest normalne sprzedawanie pokoju jako trzyosobowego, jeżeli realnie nie zapewnia on miejsc do spania dla 3 osób.

Co więcej, usłyszałem od obsługi, że taki pokój bywa rezerwowany nawet dla 5 osób, aby obniżyć koszty pobytu. Trudno uznać to za standard hotelowy. Kanapa widoczna na zdjęciach nie jest rozkładana, więc nie może być traktowana jako dodatkowe miejsce do spania.

Śniadania również były na bardzo niskim poziomie. Jajecznica sprawiała wrażenie przygotowanej z proszku — miała nienaturalną, zwartą konsystencję. Tosty były bardzo ubogie, np. z pojedynczym plasterkiem sera. Parówki były bardzo słabej jakości, bez smaku mięsa, wręcz papierowe. Kawa często nie była gotowa w momencie rozpoczęcia śniadań, a maszyna do gorącej wody na herbatę często nie działała.

Dodatkowo restauracja posiadała oznaczenie „B” nadane przez służby sanitarne, co również nie budzi zaufania i negatywnie wpływa na ocenę całego pobytu.

Podsumowując: pokój nie odpowiadał temu, za co zapłaciłem, a standard śniadań i obsługi był daleki od akceptowalnego. Uważam, że oferta była przedstawiona w sposób wprowadzający w błąd, szczególnie w zakresie liczby osób, dla których pokój miał być przeznaczony.

Perfect for NYc
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff (especially Jakob and an older man, perhaps a manager who gave treats to our son). Free and unlimited bottled water, tea and coffee all day. Possibility to use the microwave and eat the brought dinner at the table. By American standards, breakfast is ok, especially the choice of vegetables. Large and comfortable room.
