Pros:

Location was excellent.Room was clean. Room size was huge. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Coffee available 24x7 from reception which was a plus but I would prefer electric kettle or coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but repetitive and plastic cutlery was a bit surprise. Luggage storage can be done only till 6 pm. Electric kettle or coffee machine in the room would have been a bonus.

Great location and staff, but rat incident and lack of management follow-up were disappointing.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful and very empathetic when we raised an issue.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we found a large rat immediately outside our bathroom window (Room on third floor) on the first night. This was extremely distressing for my wife, who had a panic attack and couldn't sleep that night. We were also disappointed that management did not offer any goodwill gesture afterwards.

Hotel che risceglierei nonostante la colazione
Pros:

Hotel in posizione super centrale, nel quartiere koreano a 2 passi da punti iconici come Madison Square garden, Empire State Building, ecc., Pulito e ben insonorizzato. Camera spaziosa per gli standard di New York e bagno completo di saponi e shampoo. Ho apprezzato il cambio asciugamani ogni giorno e il riordino della camera.

Cons:

La colazione un po' deludente, con poca scelta, e bassa qualità.

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig, die Teppiche sind stark verschmutzt. Wände und Türen befleckt, die Zimmertüre klemmt, die Dusche sprüht in alle Richtungen usw
Unser Zimmer war stockdunkel, das Fenster nur eine Luke. Frühstücksraum zu klein für alle, es werden Pappteller und Plastikbesteck benutzt. Es gibt kaum Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Ich habe mich bei der Hotelauswahl selten so verschätzt. New York ist teuer, aber für Hostelqualität total überteuert!

Perfect location, comfortable stay and kind staff, money well spent
Pros:

Hotel located 15 mins walking from Times Square and right beside the Empire State Building. The subway is also 3 mins walking, so the hotel is in a perfect location. There is also a very nice Korean shop right beside the hotel, and small grocery shops too. All the bellhops were kind and gentle with me, and when one day it was raining one of them told me I could grab an umbrella from the reception. The receptionists were very nice too, the check-in was fast and they don’t take a deposit beforehand like all the American hotels do. The room was perfect, clean and tidy, bed and cushions were very comfortable and there were a lot of drawers to place all my items. There was also a Bible in one drawer, which I found it was a very loving gesture from the Hotel management. The cleaners did a very nice job everyday, making sure the towels were always fresh and the bed tidy. There were a lot of towels for one person too. The shower was huge and the hair dryer was very good compared to the usual hair dryer in a hotel. It felt like it was a 4-star hotel, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I will come back.

Cons:

breakfast was included in the reservation and this was a huge help, but unfortunately it was the same everyday (apart from the day where they replaced the hot dogs with chicken nuggets). Nobody wants to eat salad for breakfast, so that leaves the guest with little options. Still, it was better than nothing.

Il personale é gentile cordiale e sempre disponibile. Mi sono sentita a casa, accolta da tutto nessuno escluso

Stanza pulitissima, nonostante gli anni la struttura é ben tenuta e pulita. La camera era una matrimoniale uso singola non era grandissima ma per me che ero da sola andava più che bene. Pulizia impeccabile.

Comfortable convenience for a NY stay
Pros:

Location is great. Staff were all welcoming and polite. Room was larger than expected which was a big plus. Breakfast was decent and included.

No gym but that was ok.
