Great property, amazing staff, and a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary.
Pros:

Clean, very well maintained hotel. It was everything you would expect from Hilton. The staff was wonderful, everyone was kind and ensured we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the waterfront! We were so comfortable and would love to visit again in the future.

Overall we had a good stay.

My only compliant would be that the lady at the Head desk talked 100 miles an hour like it was a script that she said over and over again and I had to ask her to repeat it three times to understand her. She was very nice. she just needed to slow down and not make it like a script. Also, we were told that someone would come get our dirty towels, but we got clean towels, but no one came to get our dirty towels and empty trash, etc. Other than that, very, very nice place to stay very, very comfortable and clean. I would stay there again absolutely! The only reason for my compliant is to maybe help the staff to make improvements not to criticize, but you don’t know how to fix anything unless someone tells you.

Overall, it was a good experience. I loved the high ceilings, updated decor and cleanliness.
Pros:

It was a large, very spacious room. The room was updated and clean. Staff was professional and kind.

Cons:

The digital and room key did not unlock the main or back door. The area was a bit on the sketchier side, but I didn’t necessarily feel unsafe. I also wasn’t fond that they charge for breakfast or parking.

It was fine, but on a return trip I would look for a different accommodation.
Pros:

spacious nice room and bathroom, Decent in-room coffee. Nice that they provided free water daily.

Cons:

Did not measure up to the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Charleston Historic District where we had just stayed. Beds not as comfortable. We were charged $25 for each night parking in outside lot just outside the hotel. (In contrast, in Charleston, parking in garage was free for hotel guests). Charleston offered free breakfast while this Savannah Hilton charged $17. Location was not terrible but not great either--not as near to the riverwalk as the promotional copy implies.
