With exception of parking fee I highly enjoyed this hotel stay.
Pros:

Beautiful clean great location and facilities.

Cons:

Receptionist was curt and unresponsive when informed that we had been told by booking.com that parking would be free. Rather sour attitude not as would expect from Hilton Honors .

A good choice overall.
Pros:

An affordable option. Location was a little further from action than portrayed but made a little easier by the availability of an electric shuttle.

Cons:

Only one lift which was the slowest lift I’ve been in.

Beautiful Fourth of July in Savannah
Pros:

I liked the room. It had a good amount of room. The remodel was done well. The staff were nice and friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The location is too close to the project apartments across the street. We had an encounter with a homeless man carrying a knife, but he did not threaten us with it.

Pros:

Charged 25.00 a night for parking
Hidden fees bullshit. Was not told about 25.00 a night for parking. 150.00 deposit was told I would get that back. But it's a way to get money for parking. Will never stay there again. Booking.com classless.

Great hotel with beautiful large rooms short work from Savannah centre but also runs a transportation service

Quiet location, beautiful hotel with large rooms nice transport service to the centre of town

Cons:

Breakfast was basic and for the money i feel was

A short walk to old town, the breakfast was poor, all had run out and nobody cared to refill despite the gratuities, very slow service

Pros:

The hotel was super clean and all the staff was amazing

Cons:

It was further away from city market and river street than expected. Walking to and back was unsafe at times. They had a shuttle from 4-10 but we would stay much closer to all the shops and restaurants next time.
