Would have been great if not for completely unprofessional front desk
Pros:

Good location, spacious rooms for the price, free shuttle to historic downtown.

Cons:

Found urine (!) in the coffee maker’s water tank and the front desk sent head of maintenance (who was great and visibly apologetic for what happened) to our room to replace the machine. However during check-out, the same manager who took our initial complaint tried to gaslight us by denying what happened and calling our report „ridiculous”, even though the only actual witness (head of maintenance) never disputed it. Zero apology, zero accountability and immediate assumption that her customers - a married couple expecting a child - are some kind of comp-hunting grifters. Ebony is by far the worst and least professional customer service representative I’ve ever encountered during my 10 years in the States.

The Bluff ist wirklich ein schönes Hotel! Sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer, super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage zum Historic District - bei Bedarf fährt der kostenfreie Hotelshuttel einen an vier verschiedene Punkte und holt einen ab wieder ab. TOP SERVICE!

Ich musste das Hotel kurzfristig/taggleich buchen, da mein Airbnb eine Katastrophe war und ich war so dankbar, dass es so kam! Ich hatte fünf wundervolle Tage in The Bluff und super viele nette Leute kennen gelernt!

Enjoyed my one night stay and would stay here for a longer stay in Savannah!
Pros:

The hotel and rooms are lovely! The service was wonderful and I loved the shuttle service to historic Savannah. Loved the location very walkable once I got my bearings. Great coffee shop around the corner!

Cons:

Having to pay for parking.

I don’t like that prices double on the holiday weekend. Pure greed. The elevator was very, very slow.
