Tolle Lage zum hohen Preis.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in der City. Sehr sauber und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Parkplatz wurde zusätzlich mit 25 Dollar berechnet. Das haben wir vorher in keinem Hotel erlebt.

Great stay, wouldn't stay again though.
Pros:

Very comfortable and and convenient to down town Savannah.
The room was nice, comfy and cozy. Love the shower, water pressure was good and water got hot.

Cons:

Paying for parking daily is kind of crappy. And the fact that you have to pay for breakfast is insane. I hated the Nespresso machine in the room, I prefer regular coffee.

Pros:

We loved the luxury feel of the hotel, the shuttle and how affordable it was during spring break. Staff was friendly also.

Cons:

I didn’t like the 25.00 a night parking and you have to pay for breakfast, but other than that everything was great!

Nice room and walkable to town but disappointing service
Pros:

Nice large, clean room with sofa area and fridge and microwave. Walkable to and from town and I felt safe enough to do so at night.

Cons:

I requested a late check in and was locked out of the hotel upon arrival at 12.30am and had to call the hotel for someone to come out. I requested a quiet room and was placed next to the elevator. In the morning, I requested a dish and cutlery from breakfast and was refused by the serving staff and had to get the front desk to get it for me. I arranged for the free shuttle to pick me up from town and waited such a long time for it that I ended up having to walk back. WIFi info was not provided in the room and you need to ask for it. There is no way to progress through the hotel except with one elevator. I expected better and friendlier service than what I received.

The location of the hotel was excellent, perfect for exploring Savannah. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The only downside was that the coffee maker in the room didn’t work, and there were visible signs of a leak on the ceiling, with a small area where the plaster was coming off. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay
