It was a terrible experience at that hotel. I will not go back.
Pros:

The breakfast was the same menu every single day, and it became annoying, because when you’re staying for several days, you can’t eat the same things over and over like you’re in a hospital.
Every morning, the same waiter stood at the door and asked which room number we were in — every single day — meaning they didn’t even remember their own guests, even though it was a small hotel.
Sometimes, if a tourist walked past without being asked, the waiter would go up to people at their breakfast table and ask them directly what their room number was.
It was disgusting and annoying.

Cons:

I didn’t like the staff’s attitude there on any day.
They were very cold, not welcoming at all, and they didn’t even smile.
Let me share one specific incident: in the room, my baby accidentally spilled a bit of the coffee I was drinking on the bed. While I was at the beach, the receptionist called me to say that the cleaning lady had reported it, and if the stain didn’t come out, I would have to pay for the bedsheets.
The way they communicated was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Hospitality in the hotel was exceptional, they made us feel like we are part of the family.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and was very surprised, there were plenty of choices to choose (I was lost and wanted to try everything, staff were in hand to explain and suggest), everything was fresh and you could see it is locally and organic especially eggs and homemade bread.

Cons:

There is nothing that I could fault or change.

Pros:

Hotel přímo u pláže v celkem klidné lokalitě s parkováním v areálu. V hotelu restaurace jak na snídani tak i po celý den. Snídaně pestrá a chutná. Večeře a oběd skvělé. Pokoj velký a čistý, ručníky denně vyměněné. U pokoje byl balkon se sušákem - plavky apod. WiFi dostačující. Personál velmi ochotný, angličtina super. Pláž čistá se sociálním zařízením a sprchami. Na pláži lehátka, vlastní bar. Všude berou karty.

Pros:

Very nice hotel. Looks new inside and out. Surprisingly large, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, linens, pillows. Nice balcony. Lareg bathroom with large walk-in shower. The public spaces are very nice, especially the outdoor seating area and front entrance with beautiful trees and flowers. Private beach right across the street is also excellent. The only negative is the brusque attitude i received from the manager. He needs to take a lesson in customer service and hospitality as he came across as downright rude for no reason at all. Without him this is 5 stars all the way

Bliskość plaży z bardzo wygodnymi leżakami. Bar przy plaży ze świetnymi drinkami. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i przyjazna

Cons:

Kawa do śniadania to była jedyna rzecz, której nie polecam. Można było za opłatą zamówić kawę z ekspresu.

We felt at home and can’t wait to return
Pros:

It was truly an unforgettable experience at Hotel Sole Luna. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beach was perfect , a wonderful place to enjoy refreshing drinks and relax. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, always ready to help with a smile.
Breakfast was rich and delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. A special mention goes to the restaurant service every meal was excellent, and the staff made sure to attend to our every request. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel at home while enjoying the best food.
I honestly can’t wait to return again

Not happy at all
Pros:

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience during my stay. The selection was exactly the same every day, which quickly became monotonous. It gave me the impression that the hotel management assumes tourists will simply accept whatever is offered, without considering variety or quality. As paying guests, we expect value for the money we spend, and unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet that standard. Instead of feeling like a highlight of the stay, it felt more like a cost-cutting measure. I believe the hotel could greatly improve the guest experience by offering more variety, fresher options, and a sense that the meals are thoughtfully prepared rather than treated as something "free."

Wonderful Hotel in Borsh
Pros:

Stayed at Sole Luna in Borsh and honestly loved it. The hotel was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful, which made everything feel easy and welcoming.
The restaurant was really good (I ended up eating there more than I planned) and the beach bar was perfect for relaxing with a drink by the water. Overall, such a great place to stay. I’d definitely come back!
