Pros:

Die Ruhe im und um das Hotel.
Der Strand war sauber und sehr schön.
Die beachbar bzw der hoteleigene Strandbereich ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet.

Pros:

Convenient location right on the beach! Ocean views from our room. Onsite site restaurant served a good dinner. Buffet breakfast was big but quality was mediocre.

Cons:

The light sensors in the bathroom were a bit annoying. It would shut off during my shower and leave me in the dark and would come back on, even when waving my hands. I also didn't like that we couldn't adjust the thermostat for the air conditioning to be fan only during the night. It was either too hot or too cold.

Also the system shuts off when you open the sliding doors to the balcony. My boyfriend would go out on the balcony and every time the door opened, the system would shut off. I understand this is to save energy and be more efficient, but when you have to walk all the way to the door where the thermostat is located on the wall to turn it back on, it was getting frustrating. Maybe provide a remote control would be better.

Also, you need the key card to keep the electricity in the room going. If someone left the room and took the key and another person stayed in the room, everything would shut off even the air con. Very inconvenient

Sole Luna - diament który wymaga jeszcze doszlifowania
Pros:

Generalnie sam hotel bardzo ładny, czysty i nowoczesny. Dużym plusem jest jego położenie - przy plaży i darmowe leżaki dla gości w cenie pobytu-duży atut w Albanii. Mieliśmy też piękny widok z okna. Więc sam Hotel jako obiekt i udogodnienia powinien być oceniony wysoko.

Cons:

Niestety były też minusy tego pobytu...Nieprzyjemna obsługa, młoda i chyba mało doświadczona, bardzo mocno nastawiona na wszelki dodatkowy zysk oraz napiwki itd. przez co niestety czuliśmy się nie jak goście, ale jak klienci z których trzeba wyciągnąć nieco $ ;) Przytoczę tylko 2 przykłady: poszedłem kupić piwo w beach barze (sam po nie podszedłem do baru i były to tylko 2 butelki piwa), a sprzedający zasugerował dodanie do tego tipa, co wydaje się dosyć dziwne gdyż nie było w tej sytuacji żadnej obsługi z jego strony. Druga sytuacja przy check out dowiedzieliśmy się że musimy zapłacić za 2 wody z minibarku, a przysięgam że żadnej wody z tego mini baru nie wypiłem (przynajmniej nie ja, może ktoś z obsługi, nie wiem). Niestety Pan z recepcji pokazywał kartkę z jakimiś zaznaczonymi kreskami i nie było z czym dyskutować xD. Nie polecam też restauracji hotelowej - jedzenie bardzo mocno odbiegało smakiem i porcjami od znajdujących się kawałek obok innych restauracji- gdzie można było zjeść smacznie, większe porcje i o niemal połowę taniej. Dlatego zdecydowanie odradzam jedzenie tam kolacji. Przy dłuższym pobycie śniadania były już też bardzo monotonne, ale to już szkopuł w porównaniu z resztą.

Superbe... dommage pour les oiseaux en cage
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste en face de la plage et de beaucoup de bars/restaurants de plage très beaux, modernes et où on mange très bien. Un petit market se trouve à qq mètres.
Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
Facile de se garer.
La mise à disposition de transats, parasols, douches et toilettes sur la plage.
La chambre est très spacieuse, moderne et très propre.

Cons:

Le gros point négatif pour moi, ce sont les oiseaux renfermés individuellement dans de toutes petites cages accrochées aux arbres qui bordent la terrasse du restaurant dans un but purement décoratif. Ça m'a fendu le cœur toutes mes vacances, d'autant plus que certains faisaient des allers retours entre les barreaux, essayant clairement de sortir. C'est une raison qui m'empêcherait d'y retourner ou de le conseiller.
Autre bémol, le lit grince au moindre mouvement.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel principalmente per la comodità della posizione fronte mare con lido annesso. Peccato che proprio sul servizio abbiano deciso di perdersi. L'ultimo giorno, pur avendo pagato il soggiorno completo, ci è stato negato l'utilizzo degli asciugamani e ci è stato chiesto di pagare anche l'ombrellone perché, a loro dire, il giorno del check-out questi servizi non sono inclusi. Una politica che non avevo mai incontrato in nessun'altra struttura e che trovo poco rispettosa nei confronti degli ospiti, soprattutto considerando i prezzi decisamente alti.

A rendere il tutto ancora meno giustificabile, la camera offriva il minimo indispensabile: niente macchina per il caffè, niente tè, nemmeno un semplice bollitore. Dettagli che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo livello e fascia di prezzo.

Anche la colazione lascia a desiderare: disponibile solo dalle 8 alle 10, una fascia oraria limitata, scomoda sia per chi vuole dormire qualche ora in più sia per chi desidera partire presto per una gita.

Nel complesso, una struttura che punta molto sulla posizione vicina al mare, ma che fatica a offrire un servizio all'altezza delle tariffe che richiede.

Pros:

Das Hotel war direkt am Strand. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Schirm am Strand. Genung Parkplätze in der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Sauberkeit konnte es verbessert werden.
