Jay Balanay is a great bellman captain. KUDOS to him, Chef James at 1501, and Barnaby at the Front Desk for providing supreme quality customer service!

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and accommodating . The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bell captain, Jay Balanay, went above and beyond for myself and the others in my group. I was locked out of my room and he immediately stopped what he was doing and went all the way up to 6th floor to let me in.

We have been attending Sonshine Network Ministries Conferences at the Lake Mary Location for 11 years. The location is great as always. The atmosphere was wonderful, room as always was clean and comfortable. No issues regarding excessive noise. Service, especially Jay
Balanay, the Bell Captain, he went over and above expectations. I have never had such an amazing experience due largely to Jay's authentic care and concern for each guest. Thank you Jay and Marriott staff for a great experience!

Jay Balanay was great and made me feel at home and always was a pleasure he made sure I knew where everything was at and such a pleasure to talk to,hope he stays with you guys forever and your staff at the desk was phenomenal

Everything was wonderful on our stay. Jay, your Bell Captain is wonderful. His smile and attentiveness is amazing. He made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the door and was helpful to the end while he helped us load our car.

My stay at Marriott Lake Mary was excellent. My favorite part was meeting Jay Balanay. My Father & I stayed at the hotel many nights while working in the area. My Father was going through a serious illness at the time and Bell Captain Jay Balanay really helped my Father and I throughout this difficult time. Every morning when My Father and I would leave for work Jay Balanay would say a prayer for my Father and I. Even after my Father's untimely passing, Jay has helped me through this difficult time. I thank the lord that he allowed our paths to cross during this difficult time for me and my family .

The stay was great, had some good food. Rooms were very clean the staff was great and very helpful. One of our highlights and joys was being helped by the Bell Captain Jay Balanay. He was very professional and helpful. He gave great advice on places to visit and eat. Also was helpful when it came to a few Church options while I was in town.

It is more than a Marriott Hotel; it is a complex with 6 or 7 different specialty restaurants and meeting rooms that can accommodate a very large convention.
All the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The one member who stood out was the Bell Captain, Jay Balanay, who I haven't seen for over a year, but he addressed me like I was an old friend. This kind of touch means a lot!

Jay Balanay, the Bell Captain was AMAZING as was LaDanny Stevens at the front desk. Both of them went ABOVE and BEYOND to answer all questions we had. Made us feel very welcomed and took the time to chat with us. Will definitely be a k when we come down again!

The rooms were very clean & the beds were very comfortable! Super friendly staff at check-in. Fresh made omelet for breakfast was delicious. Coffee (We proudly serve Starbucks) on-site was a nice touch.
