Excellent staff and location to the ski lifts and best after skiing bars/restaurants in Whistler village. Everyone on staff went out of their way to help and were very friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Did not know about the $45 per day parking fee. I thought that was too much to pay.
We stayed 3 nights at Sundial Hotel Whistler in December 2025, mountain view 2-bedroom suite, with our family (2 teenagers and 1 kid). The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for all of us. Mountain view was beautiful, especially in the morning with snow. Location is perfect, close to everything in the village and ski area.
We really enjoyed every moment of our stay. Sushi Village on site was very convenient and delicious, our family went there more than once. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, very good experience and we would like to stay here again with our family

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything we needed. The suite was spacious and fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s a wonderful option for a family holiday — we felt right at home and enjoyed every moment.

Location was excellent
The staff were extremely professional and very helpful, they were very polite and friendly and the nicest people you could wish for to help out with our vacation
Tom, Cristy and Gemma stood out more than anyone as they truly care for the customers and the hotel. They go way beyond their roles and are a great asset to the hotel, thank you very much
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
It was all good.
Amazing bed
Outside noise. But esr plugs provide broken appiliances but was able to work around issues
Received a free upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two bedroom, 1.5 bath.
Had asked for a quiet location. This was mostly honored.
Large living room (by hotel standards) with couch/fold out bed, two comfortable chairs, 50" or better television and gas fireplace (not used).
Full kitchen with dishware and cookware. The Nespresso machine, refrigerator and microwave oven were the only appliances I used.
Hot tub on the roof (alleged; access required notifying staff for use, probably since it was in a secluded area - didn't attempt to gain access for use.
Underground, secure, fenced parking accomodated about 10 vehicles. Garage also had several parking spots marked for hotel use only, which I used without incident.
Check-in information referred to scanning a QR code to learn more about the room and facility - didn't use.
Lobby had a large Nespresso machine that could service two persons simultaneously, and a bowl of apples.
Staff was always present and helpful.
Lots of wallboard vents for the separate heat system, when staying in colder weather.
Though the room had air-conditioning, it was an oblong, under-window wall unit that only jetted air into the living room. Though the AC ran non-stop (except for periodic, momentary cycling of fan only, probably to prevent the compressor/equipment from overheating) this was insufficient for the 75-80 degree daily weather. It couldn't circulate air down a hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms, despite diligent use of draperies/other window coverings to prevent sun penetration and non-use of stove/oven. Required the use of fans (provided in each bedroom closet). One fan was placed at the end of the living room to jet air down the hallway. Second fan was used in the master bedroom, atop the dresser to blow air onto the bed. Wasn't accustomed to fan noise level or heavy air movement for sleeping, making it difficult to adjust initially. Had contemplated using the fold-out living room couch but didn't attempt it.
Television programming was limited, regarding access to movies by channel.
Parking was expensive
I am writing to share that my recent stay was absolutely the best value I have experienced so far. I usually stay at the Fairmont, but traveling with two young children meant I needed more space.
I was blown away by the exceptional service from all your staff. The location was fantastic, and Room 303 was the perfect place for our winter trip.
Thank you for making this our best family vacation yet.
Best regards,
Jennifer Tompson

The location was perfect. The valet service for the ski equipments was great, all employees were very helpful. The massage gun we borrowed was a plus!!!
The TV devices could be updated to Smart TVs. The Apple TV device borrowed at reception is obsolete and image when using it was terrible.
