Cons:

Fotos geben nicht den wirklichen Zustand des Zimmers wieder.
Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und müssen dringend renoviert werden.
Der Preis ist für diese abgewohnte Suite weit überteuert.

Ottimo hotel, andrebbe un po rinfrescato ma è stato comunque un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Camera grande e comoda, ottima posizione, pulizia ok

Cons:

Non c’è colazione, un po’ rumoroso, la seconda stanza della nostra suite non aveva la finestra.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereites Personal. Grosszügige Zimmer. Parkplätze direkt im Hotel.
Pros:

Wir hatten an einem verregneten Nachmittag die Möglichkeit ein privates Jaccuzi zu nutzen. Dieses Angebot des Hotels schätzten wir sehr.

Would choose again for the location and great staff
Pros:

The location was amazing and we seem to have a corner room assigned to us since it had a great view of the mountains and the activities around the hotel. The apartment (stayed in a 2-bedroom) was supper spacious so we had a relaxing time. We also used the rooftop tub in the evening where you need to book a 30-minute slot; unfortunately it was too cold on the day we booked.
There are a lot of hotels/apartment in the same location but the key to our great experience are the hotel staff - they were great! The front line staff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful/informative, which made us feel at home. The valet parking was efficient and staff never make you feel like they work hard to earn tips.

Cons:

We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer ;-)
