The appliances need updating. The sink barely worked.
Our room. The room had bugs on the floor. Some were alive and some were dead. There were spider webs in the corner of the window. The bathroom was not very clean. The hotel and the room smelled like cigarette
smoke.
What breakfast? No one told us about breakfast
Lights in the room.Missing light bulbs
Nothing
Location is perfect to the Luxembourg American Museum.
The room was in disrepair. Crack in bathroom sink, torn carpet and towels that looked as they were from someone’s house.
No breakfast. Fitness room looked bad. Not great. And definitely overpriced. Disappointed the rate declined after I booked it.
the bed was comfortable
no elevator. door stuck, (open upon arrival). light bulb burned out in toilet/shower. room at end of hall with no emergency exit at our end. a hotel this basic should not be called an inn and suites or cost over $100. if I had been alone, I would not have felt safe! It seemed sketchy.
Reasonably priced
Nothing
Bathroom smelled of smoke. Extremely small sink area. Window shade did not keep out the lights at night.
Nothing, it was GROSS. The room stunk, I’m not talking a little bit I’m talking the smell of a large dog urinating over the entire bathroom then staff used a half bottle of disinfectant to mask the smell the two smells were overpowering together. And then to make it worse someone smoked in the shower the shower curtain reaked of cigarette smoke. When I went to complain in the morning I met a gentleman on the couch by the front lobby. When I asked him if he worked there he said”it depends “
Terrible service and the room was below any hotel standards nothing in the pictures advertising the property was up to date. Sauna busted no breakfast or coffee in the lobby the vending machine even mostly empty with sign “not cold” Junk cars and boat in parking lot, people sneaking very large dogs in back doors. No one cleans the room have to ask for soap towels etc. and half to walk downstairs to get them. Frustrating when staff is playing video games at 7 pm at night.
Value, reasonably clean
Door issue: i had to fix the strike plate to make the door latch and lock.
Plumbing and electrical worked, but it is getting tired. One lamp did not work. One outlet had to be jiggled to make contact.
Be aware that all rooms are on second floor. We were traveling by bicycle, it was a nuisance to carry bikes and gear up stairs. A locked storeroom or garage on the first floor would have been helpful.
This property is near a popular bike touring trail, they may want to cater to this trade.
I was there for location near the state park.
It was. Slept well.
There area has changed a lot in 50 years
It was good. Got a lower room. Easy access
The air conditioner was noisy as a train. Not good sleep
Hotel needed renovation and upgrades. Bathroom sucks, carpet was well worn, furniture scratched and dirty. Price was OK, but you get what you pay for.
Cleaner room, better bathroom.
Good price
Room smelled of cigarettes despite being non-smoking.
Staff unenthusiastic
Not much
Old , dirty, too expensive for what it was.
The bed mattress was very comfy.
The box spring was old dirty dirty & carpet was dirty
Mostly a trucker type hotel
Quiet location
Breakfast..packs of instant oatmeal, but no bowls or spoons to eat it with
A jar of instant coffee but no cups to heat water in.
Dirty carpet and box spring, plus no breakfast
Clean, comfortable, friendly, accommodating staff. Even had a room with exercise equipment which was a surprise.
No nearby restaurants so I had to drive to Zport Washington for dinner. Breakfast was not offered but that didn’t matter because the hiking event along the lake provided it.
The bed was comfortable.
The pillows were very flat. For two people, we received one bath towel and no bath mat so I had to dry myself off in the tub and then put it on the floor to step out of the tub. The traffic was very noisy.
