Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel auf der Landseite in dem neueren Trakt und waren absolut begeistert! Insgesamt gibt es bei diesem Hotel wirklich nichts auszusetzen - es stimmte jede Kleinigkeit. Insbesondere die persönliche Ansprache des Personals hat diesem traditionsreichen Haus den letzten Schliff gegeben. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden, hatten ein wunderschönes, ruhiges Zimmer und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! 😊

Wir wussten leider nicht, dass das Restaurant am Sonntag nur kleine Küche anbieten kann.

Amazing location - pls don’t take your guests for granted.
Pros:

Lovely location, hard to beat in west Hamburg. Splash out on a room with river views and you will rewarded. That is why you stay at this hotel after all. Breakfast crew in main restaurant on top of their game. The restaurant at across the street had an amazing waiter, hard charging and charming. He should be running the place. He had hospitality in his blood.

Overall a mixed experience.

Cons:

The reception’s staffs training needs re-imagining. Behaviour was between hopelessly trying hard and will-fully rude. Same with the bar area. Incredibly slow service even when empty. I understand that after Easter 2026 the bars management will change, not a minute too late. Some people simply do, but staff and

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ sich in dem wunderbaren Raum mit Blick auf die Elbe in großer Entspannung einnehmen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
