Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ sich in dem wunderbaren Raum mit Blick auf die Elbe in großer Entspannung einnehmen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich komme trotzdem wieder!

Das Personal ist ganz besonders und ausdrücklich hervorzuheben. Sehr höflich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, mit einer charmanten und nicht steifen hanseatischen Art.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war in der Nacht zu kalt, und leider wurde das - trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation - nicht abgestellt. Ebenso war im Badezimmer der Handtuchheizkörper kaputt, so dass es nicht warm im Badezimmer wurde, und die Fußbodenheizung ebenso. Im Gästebad war das in Ordnung.
