Pros:

El apartamento es increíble, 4 personas estuvimos muy cómodos. Con dos baños y una buena cocina.
El servicio igual que el de un buen hotel , camas hechas y toallas limpias cada día.

Cons:

Faltaba presión de agua en las duchas, por decir algo. No fue un problema

Pros:

Muy cerca del centro,limpio y no hemos pasado nada de frío por la calefacción. El agua caliente sale súper rapido. Además te puedes hacer café caliente o infusiones.

Pros:

The staff were very pleasant

could leave or bags before we checked in and after we checked out.

Great location and very comfortable for myself and the kid. Would definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and everything throughout the check‑in and stay went smoothly. The accommodation is in a fantastic location—just a few minutes’ walk from the castle—making it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The room was clean, stylish, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

El apartamento estaba muy bien, bonito y limpio.Bastante bien ubicado y nos dejaron entrar antes .Muy contenta en general.

Cons:

Lo peor es que cruje muchísimo el suelo de parquet y es muy ruidoso el baño sobre todo de noche.

Lo peor el sofá cama
Pros:

Ubicación, temperatura ambiente, menaje, baños.

Cons:

Suelo de parquet ruidoso.
Lo peor es que e colchón del sillón cama es de muelles y muy fino incomodísimo para dormir, tú imos que poner los cogies de los sofás debajo para hacerlo algo más cómodo, la empresa debería solucionar esto.

Did not justify the cost of a week’s stay
Pros:

Check in was smooth, tea kettle, fresh bottle of milk, tea, and coffee offerings.

Cons:

This was a disappointing stay overall. My room had several issues, including unpleasant odors, outdated furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, a slanted bathroom floor, and a persistent urine smell. I also found toenail clippings in my room during my stay, which was very concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.

In comparison, my friend stayed in Building 7 and his unit was significantly nicer, with better furnishings and additional amenities. The difference in quality between units was very noticeable.

The front door was extremely thin, and I could hear people entering and exiting their rooms as well as hallway conversations. Thankfully, noise levels were mostly quiet during designated quiet hours.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and consistency between rooms should be improved.

The door with 4 what the room my friend stayed in. This is a safe sound proof door.

Pros:

The location and information from the receptionist and staff were excellent. The coffee machine available on the reception level was fantastic. My daughter like the hot chocolate from the machine.
