Great stay in a wonderful location
Pros:

Great location, minutes from the Grassmarket and with secure parking. Lovely comfortable apartment with everything needed for an extended stay.

Cons:

The communal areas (corridor etc) are a wee bit tired.

Brilliant
Pros:

It was convenient for Edinburgh Old Town and castle. The apartment was a good size, clean and well-equipped. Toiletries were good quality and they even provided teabags, cafetière coffee and there was milk in the fridge.

Good location, great staff, everything we needed
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful& there was always somebody there to help you.
I liked the coffee machine in the foyer so I could pop down in the mornings and grab a coffee. The bottle of milk in the fridge was a small thing but really nice .

Cons:

Minor issue, on a couple of occasions the bathroom door got stuck when locked, needed to push on the door and jiggle the lock to open.

Wonderful one bed apartment close to everything.
Pros:

This was our first time staying in a apartment rather than a normal hotel. We will definitely be doing this again. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need for your stay. Very close to everything so never needed to use the car which was parked safely in a secure carpark on site. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very close (just around the corner) were some lovely pubs for a evening drink or food. Plenty of tea/coffee and a full size bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival was nice, all cooking and cleaning stuff were provided. The bathroom was immaculate and had some lovely toiletries in. We only stayed 2 nights but still got offered new towels or room clean of needed. The price was cheaper than a hotel but gave so much more room and value for money, own dishwasher/washing machine/full size cooker and hob. The area is busy at night but if you close windows can't hear much noise.

Perfect home away from home
Pros:

500m from local sainsbury for all your essentials. The lift was great for bags, we stated on the 3rd floor.
Coffee mill for breakfast ✅
Walking distance to royal Mile, castle, Scott's monuments grass market, Victoria Street and Greyfriars... Amazing location. The reception is 24hr, with helpful pleasant staff and informative tips for your day ahead.
Daily cleaning of bathrooms and bins with great refills.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente.
Pros:

El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado, hasta el punto de que no necesitamos comprar ningún producto de limpieza ni de aseo más allá de nuestras cosas personales. Se agradece muchísimo el detalle de dejar una botella de leche para el primer día y un surtido muy completo de tés, cafés y chocolate caliente, que hace la llegada mucho más cómoda.
La comodidad fue sobresaliente: camas y almohadas muy confortables, temperatura perfecta en todo momento y un ambiente muy tranquilo para descansar. Además, nos asignaron un apartamento con una habitación extra respecto a la reserva, lo que hizo que no tuviéramos que usar el sofá cama y que la estancia fuera aún más agradable.
La ubicación es ideal, a un paseo del centro y de los principales puntos de interés. También hay supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca. En la planta baja hay una máquina semiautomática de café que muele el grano al momento, un detalle que se agradece muchísimo.
El personal fue amable y muy atento. El último día nos guardaron el equipaje entre el checkout y la hora de ir al aeropuerto, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de Edimburgo sin cargar con las maletas.
En conjunto, una experiencia muy recomendable, repetiría sin dudarlo.

A fantastic, convenient place to stay close to all Edinburgh's major sites.
Pros:

A fabulous place to stay, close to all central Edinburgh sites. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely well-equipped with thoughtful touches such as a generous breakfast basket and lovely toiletries.

Unlucky rm 13 for sleeping but good for everything else.
Pros:

Olivia was lovely. Staff helpful. Reception manned at all times. Great base for rhe Castle and top end of town. Clean and good kitchen facilities with everything we needed.. Nice and warm - plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Main bed wasnt very comfy and the pillows were awful, lumpy and no support so we had to go and buy some on the first day. Sofa bed was unusable even for our daughter who weighs very little - really uncomfortable so she slept curled on the sofa instead. Using the washing machine was fine but the dryer was hopeless and blew all the kitchen fuses. On arrival, the shower head had to be held in place with one hand while using but this was fixed on the first day

Väldigt positiv vistelse. Vi rekommenderar starkt detta lägenhetshotell för den prisnivån.
Pros:

Perfekt läge i staden. Trevlig och tydlig personal. Smidig incheckning och utcheckning. Stor lägenhet med två badrum, perfekt för familjen. Väldigt privat eftersom vi inte behövde passera receptionen för att komma in i lägenheten. Smart-TV i tre rum med möjlighet att streama film från telefon/dator. Praktiskt med tvättmaskin! Bekväma sängar, generöst med kuddar.

Cons:

Renligheten var okej. Fläckar på sängen, lite matrester i köket och slitna/fläckiga heltäckningsmattor samt soffor. Varmvattnet tog slut vid ett halvt badkar. Fläkten i köket kan förbättras.

I travel extensively, and this has been my best stay ever. They don’t just win by luxury, but by meticulous attention to guest needs.
The professional 24-hour coffee station in the lobby is a brilliant, eco-friendly upgrade over wasteful in-room capsules. Every kitchen utensil was in perfect, like-new condition, and the dedicated in-room recycling bin was a very thoughtful touch.
The staff’s genuine warmth made us feel so welcome. We are already planning our next UK trip to visit their London location!

Cons:

My only complaint is that we had to leave! It was so perfect that we wish we could have stayed longer.
