The staff was very nice and pleasant..Didn't like the fan blowing so loud in bathroom when u turn on light ,should really change that ..
Fan in Bathroom
The hallways
Dirty towels and stained bathtub. Room had a weird smell, like humid
Day shift manager cancel my reservation. Stay was incomplete online. It wasn't a problem as long as I paid cash up front. The day shift manager even though she knew I had another reservation for 3pm. She wanted me to check out the room as soon as I had return back to eat my linch, which I had to remind her that I do want another room. The previous room I had the A/C went out during the day and the nice, polite, night manager resolved the issue as managers suppose to do.
The dayshift front desk clerk always had some type of nasty attitude, this isnt her first doing it, but this time was a little different. She called the cops for no reason and told them that I was banned from the facility.
You all don't have updated photos for this facitilites.
They didn't even have any meat for breakfast during my entire stay!!!! They said the freezer went out. The elevators don't even work!!! Why is this facility allowed to operate in this poor standard condition and charging such high rate in this small town?
I guess if you pay with cash and flirt with her you get free stays!!!! My money is just as good as anyone else!!! Poor service from the day shift manager. The other managers throughout the day were very courteous, polite to all customers that approach the front desk.
The dayshift manager told the cops I slammed the hotel room door!!! How could she say that when everyone was coming and going for lunch, work, or etc? I wasn't the only person in the hallways. Everyone was tired of walking up and down the hot stairway!! No A/C in some of the rooms.
See pictures below of me literally just putting my bags in vehicle and returning the room key to her as she requested of me. I didn't even knew she had call the cops on me. I was literally about to leave out of the parking lot and find another place to stay at that treat people with respect. She is racist!!!
Great location outside of gate 8 of Fort Stewart. Clean room.
The front desk attendant was very friendly. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. The room was very clean. And the aesthetic of the room was cute. The pricing for my room was really great value and I would definitely stay here again. I didn't have my breakfasts at the hotel so I can't speak to that.
The price was decent thus the reason we booked the stay
First night when got there the shade on the window would not go down, the staff had to pull it down with the help of my husband..no curtains. Everything is old and rusted, door knobs, hangers, doors. It looked like it was painted in a rush. Paint was all over the place, on the doors, the towel racks. The shower head needs to be replaced because not enough pressure water comes out. The hotel has potential if the owner will invest on it and upgrade the rooms. It’s privately owned using red roof name. On the other hand, the ac was great and the bed was very comfortable.
Here my daughter told the cashier that the cereal in the kitchen is not fresh and she said she had just put in there but they were not good. Need to be throw out but came back the next day and they had changed it. No coffee pot in their room. Everything else is good.
Price
The price. I guess you get what you pay for. The ac was great
The bed was tooooo soft. The hotel was in need of renovation. The hall carpets were frayed and coming apart. The coffee machine and juice bar were both out of order. Instant oatmeal but no water to mix with it. The shower head was barely attached. Kept feeling like I was getting bit by fleas.
