Lo único bueno fue la ubicación. Lo demas es muy viejo descuidado carpetas sucias con mal olor. No lo recomiendo

The location was great. The employees were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Susana, the front desk manager was wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful.
The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. The air conditioner was very loud and too close to the bed so the cold air blows directly on you in bed. There were no drinking glasses in the room. The rooms and hallways badly needed a facelift and remodeling. The breakfast was virtually the same every day and after several days we had breakfast out. The bath towels were very old and rough not soft, absorbent, and fluffy. There were no washcloths furnished and there was only plastic pump bottles for body soap. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low and not good for anything. In short, they have a great staff who try very hard but they need to be given more to work with.

Al final el precio que pagamos fue muchísimo mas alto del que salía en línea, al final si van a pagar eso es mejor ir a otros hoteles
El elevador no servia y la luz se fue 2 veces, tampoco nos dieron el letrero de no molestar por lo que nos despertaron en la mañana
Confortable and super close to the USA CONSULADO
The room smelled like urine. The elevator did not work for a while. Only one person there cared about that was happing. The next day we finally got moved to another room on the 1st floor.
el desayuno simple sin sabor nada de que decir bueno y la falta del elevador por la noches que falta de consideración y mas estando en el ultimo piso pésimo en eso deberían de poner que apagan el elevador por las noches para uno determinar si se aloja o no y el desayuno les falta mas ingenió en la presentación y el sabor y contar con cantidades suficientes si es que sabe que el hotel tiene mucho huéspedes, la limpieza deberian de hacerla a profundidad aspirado de pisos y limpieza de baños las regaderas en pesimo estado
esta ubicado un poco lejos de donde trabajaba y el desayuno muy raquítico y sin sabor

hay una aroma muy fuerte, no sé si es la alfombra. Y también que me cobraron un poquito caro cuando no estuve todos los días que tenía planeado
Tenia un olor a humedad muy fuerte, las almohada estaban muy sucias y me refiero que huelen a cabeza sucia, suelo hospedarme 2 veces por mes y es la primera vez que me sucede este tipo de suceso, era la habitación 130
