Las instalaciones están limpias , cómodas el hotel tiene buena ubicación
como todas las regadreas de Mérida están en pésimas condiciones
el servicio de la gente y lo centrico

La atención de su personal, la ubicación y la alberca. Gracias porque todo estuvo muy bien.
Les falto que me llamaran a mi celular, avisando que olvide mi identificación en la recepción, para pasar a recogerla. Ahora ya ni modo ya estoy de regreso en la CDMX, no pude recoger mi ID y me ví en graves problemas en el aeropuerto. Ya le marque a la señorita de la recepción muy amable su respuesta y muchas gracias de todas formas.
La comida estaba rica

El techo del hotel se estaba cayendo por las lluvias y nos cambiaron de invitación a una de menor calidad que la que se pagó. Las señoritas de recepción se portaron déspotas.
La ubicación, cuenta con piscina. trato amable del personal, disponibilidad de toallas para piscina.
Falta de estacionamiento en el Hotel.
No hubo toallas para manos.
La ubicación excelente, tuvimos un frigobar en la habitación, hervidor de agua, café y agua todos los días, la limpieza la hicieron a diario, se siente una habitación tranquila y limpia.Cama y almohadas comodísimas. El servicio de todo el staff excelente 👌 lo mejor.... jamás vi un bicho, ni siquiera un zancudo... 😅👍
El área de la alberca se siente un poco abandonada, no sucia, solo que hay mucha vegetación y hojas, y pareciera que está desatendida, pero el agua estaba limpia. 👍
EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN CERCA DEL CENTRO, BUENA VISTA E INSTAGRAMEABLE LA ZONA DE ALBERCA, TODO LIMPIO.

La ubicación del hotel que está muy cerca del Centro de la ciudad
Estacionamiento lejos del Hotel y que se requiere al personal para que pueda abrir.
Hubo mucho ruido por parte de los hospedados que no dejaron dormir
Debe mejorar la calidad del alimento del desayuno
La habitación limpia, cómoda, la alberca mi hijo la disfrutó un rato, todo fue muy agradable, el personal muy amable
Las almohadas fueron muy altas y duras, es lo único que sentimos incómodo.
