La limpieza, la ubicación
El trato del personal de la recepción nada cordial.
Además después de habernos hospedado 4 noches con una tarifa al extender nuestra estancia por 2 noches mas nos incrementaron la tarifa, no se me hizo justo.

y la alberca bien en términos generales, creo que cumplió con lo esperado por el precio aun que seria bueno que tuvieran mas promociones para que mas persona tengan la oportunidad de disfrutar de una estancia en estos lugares

Excelente ubicación, personal amable, cuenta con estacionamiento solo que a dos cuadras, pero al ser un hotel en el centro el estacionamiento fue muy importante ya que rentamos coche. Si no traes carro la ubicación es Excelente ya que en cuanto sales del hotel tienes muchos lugares donde cenar, comer o incluso el café que esta a un lado del hotel es muy rico. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Muy limpio.
Solo unas cuantas cosas de mantenimiento con los azulejos del baño pero nada de afecte la estadía.
Nuestra habitación tenía unas puertas que comunicaban con la otra habitación y eso hacía que se escucharan las conversaciones, musica, etc.

Problème de carte bleu (prélevé sur notre compte alors que l’hôtel n’a rien reçu et ma demander de payer à nouveau) la Clim est fatiguée et fait un bruit du diable.

La ubicación es excelente, fue la mejor cualidad del hotel.
El personal, al menos de recepción, no son nada agradables… cero serviciales, no dan ni una sonrisa, cuando uno pasa y les dice buen día ni siquiera responden… no entiendo porque se dedican a la atención al cliente si no les gusta… cuando uno llega a un hotel espera ser recibido de buena manera. Parecía que tenían solo un check list de cosas a hacer cuando llegamos y mandarnos a nuestro cuarto lo más rápido posible.
Location and rooms
I lost my room key (plastic card key), and for the first time in 30y of travel (200+ trips), i got charged for the missing Plastic card key, not even my bank charges me when i loose a plastic card, that makes this stay one of the worst ever, a hotel looking to find a way to overcharge the guest.
