Quartos espaçosos, mas que precisam de manutenção.
Pros:

Gostei que os quartos são muito espaçosos e têm um pequeno frigobar, suficiente para manter as bebidas geladas no calor da cidade. O hotel é grande, tem áreas verdes e uma ótima localização.

Cons:

Não gostei de não me terem dado toalhas e de a casa de banho nem sequer ter artigos de higiene básicos; o hotel precisa urgentemente de manutenção e os funcionários não são simpáticos.

Bell'hotel nel centro della città. Da curare un po' i dettagli.
Ottima la posizione, la disponibilità dello staff e il parcheggio.
Ho chiesto il cambio di stanza perché quella assegnata,seppur molto bella, era buia e aveva la finestra con vista su un muro del cortile interno molto stretto e risultava un po' claustrofobica.
Apprezzatissime le due bottiglie d'acqua in camera ogni giorno. Le lenzuola pulitissime.

Cons:

Un giorno è mancata acqua calda.
La stanza meritava una rinnovata,ma da considerare che non era quella che era stata assegnata originariamente.
La piscina e il cortile alberato da curare di più. Ottime potenzialità.

Muy buen hotel. Cuando vaya a Merida me hospedaré nuevamente en Hotel Maison del Embajador.
Pros:

La atención de su personal, la ubicación y la alberca. Gracias porque todo estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Les falto que me llamaran a mi celular, avisando que olvide mi identificación en la recepción, para pasar a recogerla. Ahora ya ni modo ya estoy de regreso en la CDMX, no pude recoger mi ID y me ví en graves problemas en el aeropuerto. Ya le marque a la señorita de la recepción muy amable su respuesta y muchas gracias de todas formas.

El techo del hotel se estaba cayendo por las lluvias y nos cambiaron de invitación a una de menor calidad que la que se pagó. Las señoritas de recepción se portaron déspotas.

Habitación súper limpia.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, tuvimos un frigobar en la habitación, hervidor de agua, café y agua todos los días, la limpieza la hicieron a diario, se siente una habitación tranquila y limpia.Cama y almohadas comodísimas. El servicio de todo el staff excelente 👌 lo mejor.... jamás vi un bicho, ni siquiera un zancudo... 😅👍

Cons:

El área de la alberca se siente un poco abandonada, no sucia, solo que hay mucha vegetación y hojas, y pareciera que está desatendida, pero el agua estaba limpia. 👍
