Room was comfy & clean, staff was friendly and breakfast good. Appliance defects in room only issue
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. Very tasty and a dood variety of choices. Loved the peach waffles!

Cons:

Fridge in room was completely frozen over; fortunately all we were using it for was water. And could not get the temperature increased using A/C controls. Room was freezing. Had to turn off A/C off for 3 hours.

Pros:

The breakfast was awesome. The beds were comfortable. It was also near the interstate and next door to a Cracker Barrel.

Nice, comfy stay
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast we delicious. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were pretty sound proof, which was nice. The hotel was very close to the interstate I-55. It was also right next door to a Cracker Barrel. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We had to switch rooms due to no hot water. Also, in our second room, the water was a light brown color when we filled up the tub.

No Hot Water
Pros:

Came in at midnight to get a hot shower and a few hours sleep on a long road trip. I booked a king room with a pull out bed, but they initially put me in a smaller king room with no pull out. They did correct that for me, but then the room had no hot water. At this point it was well after midnight, and I was too tired to continue dealing with it.
The room was at least clean.
