We had a nice stay and I would love to go back already and just live there for the rest of my life.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the beds did not cause me any pain. Most hotel beds do. The shower was nice and big. The breakfast was very nice. Probably the best lobby breakfast I have ever had for free. The lobby and the eating area were all decorated nice, very homey looking. The pool area was nice the pool was very relaxing. Everyone I spoke to there were nice. I would go back. It also looked like the laundry room was free (that is awesome)

Cons:

It would have been nice if the outside bar area had been available. The ground floor patio was nice but it would be better if there was a little stone or cement walkway onto the patio so that dirt wont track in, or even an outside rug to whip your feet on.

It was okay. Would probably check out other accommodations down there instead of the same one.
Pros:

Enjoyed the free breakfast most of the mornings. Pool was okay, a little warm in the main pool itself

Cons:

Felt old and the bed was really uncomfortable and the a/c unit was EXTREMELY loud.

A warm welcome and staff very helpful!
Pros:

We received a warm welcome from Li, and other staff were very helpful. The pool was great with plenty of towels on hand. My 3 grandchildren loved their pool time!

Cons:

The bathroom extraction fan was not working, so the bathroom got very steamy after using the shower.
The pool bar was not open on our last day, despite the sign saying "...open every day..."!
