The staff an breakfast were nice an fine
When we got there they gave us a unclean room and they said they would me some credit an they gave me 4.00 an that was a slap in my face but ok
Nothing horrible stay
Everything horrible will never stay here again. It was my 12 year anniversary and we had a horrible stay paid extra cause you Advertise a hot tub in your room and you get spa bath with jets not a hot tub not what I paid for. Room stunk bed was springing and hard to sleep. Fridge made noises kids making all noises running down the hall you hear everything door didn’t close all the way crack so you heard everything
Awful. I’m waiting to speak to customer service. Dirty and Smokey
I booked a room with a pool view that I didn’t get. The room had a bad odor, there were stains on the curtains, the bed sheet had holes in it
Nothing
Managers have so much about customer service
There wasn't a microwave in the rooms.
Nothing
Dirty, no hot tub, pictures on Booking.com was not even close to the hotel
The waterfall in pool area was pretty but pool was cold, staff was friendly, it had breakfast options
Asked for $100 deposit upon arrival, didn’t get whack until a week after our stay. No biscuit & gravy for breakfast, only one wheely cart, small bathroom, sucky water pressure, pee under toilet seat, broken toilet seat, slanted parking lot, only 1 tiny trash can in whole room, asked for extra towels & we were not given any
Clean rooms, great value
No hot breakfast our first day. Their truck had not shown up yet mini fridge in room was stuck on frozen. I was disappointed to see a $35 charge for stained linen. Problem is there was no stained linen from us. I cleaned a little soda spill with a towel. Don’t they wash these towels after each use. We will not stay there again. It wasn’t t a bad stay but I only spend my money where I am treated right.
Great location. Bed was clean and soft.
The breakfast was awful. There was water and coffee to drink. They did have eggs but it was so watery. There were only forks and no spoons for the cereal. There was no toast. But it was free. The pool is a lot smaller than in pictures. The hot tub was completely out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The laundry room was out of order. The staff were very very friendly.
I was charged the deposit for a duvet cover that we handed to the cleaning lady
Breakfast was horrible because 2 days it was not even served
Location
No laundry, day desk staff is rude and doesn't help. Asks for a floor level and was told we have an elevator thats not what I asks for. And the hot tub didn't worm and pooll water was freezing
Nothing at allll horrible
Absolutely everything it was absolutely disgusting nasty
The beds were comfortable. That's about the only thing good to say.
The check in time is ridiculous. We showed up around 1 and were told that there were no rooms available yet, which was understandable because we were early, however, they told me to check back and they might. I checked back at 2:30 and they still didnt have one. We showed back up at 3:40 ( after killing almost 4 hours with 3 yound children in the car and several hours of travel) and they told me they still did not have a room. Not one room, TWENTY MINUTES before check in? Another lady in the parking lot was also truned away at 3:45 and she was just as shocked as us. On the way to the room we noticed that the grounds were poorly kept. Lots of trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Once to our room, the bathroom was disgusting and our sink slow drained. The walls are thin and we got complaints about our children playing in our room because the people downstairs could hear everytime we walked across the floor. Luckily we only stayed here one night and the rest of our time was at the Grand Country Resort.
