A fee of $20 plus taxes per pet per night of their stay will be automatic charge and an amount of $80 per pet will be placed on hold on the guest card and will be released back to them as soon as we check the room and make sure that there is no damages to our room or any of our amenities.
Please note that the swimming pool is closed from 3 January until 15 January.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

They could do better on the breakfast and get an ice machine that actually works.
No ice machine and we paid 10 dollars a day extra which wasn't for our room to be cleaned and they only made the bed but didnt vacuum at all.
Right on the strip of Branson
Bed bugs. Rude staff. Tv didn’t work. Shower was broke. No vending machines was working
Asked for room close to the pool. Our room was forth for the pool. Was not told where it was
Not enough towels for 3 people. Staff knocking on door before ck out time.
The breakfast was very good. The plug on the bathtub worked. (rare)

The bed in my room was lumpy and seem to sag in certain places so you felt like you wanted to roll to the middle.
We had a pet and so paid the pet fee… When we decided to stay a second day, we had to pay the fee again. Most motels only charge for the first day and that’s all for the entire stay.

The breakfast was great! Beds were comfy and the heat worked really well.
The pool was freezing for being an indoor pool… the hot tub is permanently closed and that was a selling point. The housekeeping staff banged on the door so loud it terrified our kids
We liked the breakfast, the indoor pool and location.
Our room floor had a lot of stains, we could hear the neighbors from every side, there were a lot of cops and fire trucks in and out throughout our stay and we were double charged. When we brought up that we were double charged the manager told us she could not see what happened. She said to call our bank because there was nothing on her end that said they double charged us.
Convenient to most attractions and affordable.
Hot Tub was permanently closed (though it was listed as a feature on Booking.com and was a big reason why I chose the property) - the staff refused to let me cancel since I did not give them "enough" advance notice. We also found a roach in the room, they had buckets outside of each room for cigarette butts which were disgusting, the staff misfiled my reservation and took forever to find it and the room had one roll of toilet paper that was down to a fourth of a roll when we arrived They also kept asking whether I had any pets with me which I told them repeatedly I did not - yet they charged me the Pet Deposit Fee.
We were very impressed with the lady who set up and served breakfast. Mona the manager offered us a free swim time due to pool being green . Also hot tub was out for maintenance. Rooms were clean , great location. We will stay again. Thank you.

We loved everything
The bed was comfy.
The pool was not as pictured (the picture of the pool was one of the reasons I booked) and the water was salty. The hot tub was down. Had to go to a whole different building for ice. Tvs could be a little bigger but that's just my opinion.
The room stunk and it took forever to get any hot water for a shower and I mean a very long time. The carpet needs changed

I like nothing about being there
I didn’t like the hundred dollar deposit I had to give when I got there. I didn’t like the dirty rooms. I didn’t like the water not being hot so I didn’t take a shower there just wash my face mold the bathroom, broken toilet seat scratches on the door from a dog broken alarm clock molding in the room was dirty. I can go on and I have pictures. Bad experience. I slept with my clothes on.

we came early ... had to to cancel. Unsafe environment/ charges for dog we thought to much. Gave enough time hours before checkin to let rooms be available.
The front desk said I could cancel. I contacted booking requested no charge front desk understood said were not staying make rooms available/ as we sat in back parking lot trying to find a place not so broken down looking, we watched people exchanging things felt very unsafe there.
My children asked me to leave. They really want a place to swim …The pool area was not clean -yellow water ..and had broken equipment / open empty unsafe for children in the area. They charged my credit card 7times.
