Quality Inn Branson - Hwy 76 Central

We were tried being charged for extra fees exactly 2 minutes after check in. They tried $100, then &4, then $10. No microwave had to go use the front lobby. Then I was told they were not supposed to give out throw away utensils. Pool was dirty. Was not told that the hot tub was broke. The shower was filthy. The sink had a crack in it. Outside a man was sleeping under the next door theatre awning. Should I keep going. It said a 3 star. That was no 3 star.

I was not impressed with breakfast. We ate early around 730, Breakfast started at 7. Some things were not ready, and somethings looked like they had been out for awhile. Orange juice was pretty watered down. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal, but some of it just wasn’t edible. We stayed two nights, only ate breakfast once.

The problems were:
1. There was hair all in both showers as well as in the sink.
2. There were dead bugs in the bathroom floor as well as roaches crawling around!
3. Most of the linens were stained and looked as if they had not been washed in a good hot minute.
4. The toilet in one of the rooms ran constantly and the handle had to be adjusted multiple times!
5. One of the rooms smelled heavily of listerine!
6. One bed in each room was as hard as rocks.

Demasiado ruido con los cuartos de al lado !

The beds were stained/comforters, and the floors were so nasty I never took my shocks off even to get in and out of the shower. TV cable channels didn't work only in our room based on what the maintenance man told us. The beds weren't queen size either, they were double beds. The sink was all creaked up. The shower pole was barely hanging on. This makes me wonder if it was because we were the only black family that we saw staying there.... Not only that, I went to the office attendant the night/morning we checked in and asked her for extra pillows she told me she didn't have any because the lining office was locked but she was sitting at the tables with the big yellow laundry ben folding all of the towels. So, if the lining office was locked, what did she do with the towels after she folded them all?! I called into the office on Saturday afternoon to speak with a manager and the young lady said the GM and Assistant Gm wouldn't be in until Monday and Tuesday to do anything about the condition of the room or my refund request which focused my family and I to have to stay because we didn't have to find another place to book a different place for money to be out of.. I also saw a group of guys smoking weed and just changing out in front of our room with the maintenance staff. It didn't seem to be safe to me.

The room was not what was advertised on the website. We were expecting an inside room with a jacuzzi inside and what we got was an outdoor room with a very tiny bathroom and a shower that was coming apart.

The only thing is we had no microwave in our room so we had to walk across to office/ breakfast area to warm our food up n how we couldn't vape outside our room we had to walk downstairs to designated area.
