Merkezde olmasını temizliğini ve güler yüzlü personelini beğendik.
Asansörü uzun süre beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz özellikle kahvaltı saatlerinde yürüyerek inmek zorunda kaldık bu durum sağlık problemi olanlar için kötü.
Hotel má vynikající polohu přímo u Alexander Platz a v pěším dosahu důležitých památek, nemuseli jsme ani využít metro a došli všude pěšky. V blízkosti výborné restaurace a kousek od hotelu vynikající pekárna na snídani. Pokoj moderně vybavený, čistý. Milý personál. Pohodlná rozkládací přistýlka i pro dospělého.
Väldigt fräscha rum och fint städat. Smidigt med parkering i garaget och supernära centrala Berlin.
Frukosten var under all kritik. Som tur var åt vi bara en morgon.

Хорошее месторасположение и отличный подземный паркинг.
Номерной фонд требует ремонта, особенно это касается ванной комнаты. Но всё это ерунда по сравнению с происшествием, случившимся в день отъезда. Из сейфа (!!!) пропали деньги (300 долларов). Первоначально обратились к персоналу на этаже, там есть комната, в которой они находятся, так они, показалось, даже обрадовались, услышав про сейф - мол это не их зона ответственности. На ресепшен долго охали и настоятельно отправляли в полицию, но на этом и всё! Человек, который мог посмотреть видеокамеры, должен был появиться только через 2 дня. Они же, якобы, никаких действий предпринять не могут, только сожалеть. Долго не писал отзыв, так как ждал реакцию от отеля, но кроме направления формы обращения с миллионом ошибок ничего не дождались. Реакции на ответное письмо не было.

Nothing to complain and all ok.
Just a small point- silicon around showers was a bit old and mouldy in patches/corners. Should he regularly inspected and changed.
