Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Es war sehr sauber, das Personal ist super freundlich und geht auch auf Extrawünsche ein.
Abendessen ist für Kinder gewöhnungsbedürftig, gerade, wenn man mehrere Tage sich im Hotel befindet (keine große Auswahl).
Im Zimmer über uns wurde es abends immer laut, schlecht zum Einschlafen gewesen.
Frühstück sehr gut und nettes Personal.
Halbpension ist nicht zu Empfehlen, dazu ist die Karte des Restaurants nicht passend.
Hallo wir waren für zwei Tage als Familie im Hotel.
Die Lage ist echt super man kann vieles erlaufen.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut es gab alles was man möchte und die Mitarbeiter waren alle Samt sehr freundlich.
Man sollte wahrscheinlich doch nicht so auf das Geld gucken und lieber 100€ mehr ausgeben da bei uns im Zimmer der Hotel Standort etwas stehen geblieben ist.
Die Ecken von der Dusche ecklig und der nicht funktionierende Waschbecken Abfluss kann man eigentlich keinen Anbieten.
Lieber bisschen mehr Geld ausgeben und ein hochwertiges Hotel aussuchen

It was in a good location and the staff was very helpful
Excellent staff. Great and varied breakfast and good attention for travellers with kids. The location is also well placed in the heart of Berlin and allows for great strolls.
I always enjoy staying in NOVOTELs with the family and generally I find it a lovely experience.
However, in this one the room (although spacious for 4) was incredibly hot at night The airco would not deliver at slow speeds but only at the maximum speed which turned to be a very noisy experience.

숙소위치는 센터에 있어서 다니기에 좋았습니다. 객실은 아주 청결했으며 침대는 편안했어요. 1층 로비에는 셀프 자판기(간단한 스낵, 디저트종류, 음료)가 있어서 아주 유용했어요.

The bedding was very heavy. I gave up on the third night and ended having 3 GnT’s to guarantee a sleep.
