Ligging, parkeren en voortreffelijk ontbijt.
Drukte bij ontbijt. Duurde even voordat we een tafel kregen. Enkel twee liften in gebruik vanwege vernieuwing. Hierdoor moest je geduld opbrengen of met de trap. Voor ons geen probleem, maar voor minder valide mensen of ouderen lastig.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kommt zu Fuß gut überall hin. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Die Schlafcouch für 2 Kinder war nicht sehr comfortable. Das Frühstück sehr teuer für 25€ pro Person.
Location is perfect. Close to the main attractions of the city. Friendly staff at reception and at breakfast. We would choose this hotel again for our stay in Berlin..
Personal am Empfang sehr nett und zuvorkommend, für ein Innenstadthotel erstaunlich große Tiefgarage (22 Euro/Nacht), Auto durften wir am Abreisetag länger stehen lassen. Zimmer geräumig mit Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee, für unsere Zwecke perfekte Lage
Zimmermobiliar ist nicht mehr das modernste, bei Ankunft hatten wir keine Seife auf dem Zimmer, einer der drei Lifte funktionierte nicht. Alles aber kein Drama :)

Tiny room, not very clean
Breakfast was OK but for dinner, the restaurant is really bad. Food was not good at all and of bad quality.
Location was the only good thing
Elevator was broke, you had to take stairs with baby. If it is not broken one, it is not coming anyway. Our room was very old, When you took a shower, the water wouldn’t drain properly. The shower enclosure wasn’t in good condition. There is a huge otopark problem, because there isn’t one. They say there is but capacity of it not enough. Maybe 500 people staying but just 50 car capacity they have.
