Pros:

Everything was perfect - fell in love with the location, it was very relaxing to come back to Lido and this hotel after full day in Venice. The room was very nice, the staff was incredible - we came here earlier to ask if we could leave our stuff and come back at the check in time, but they gave us our room earlier so that was perfect. Also the breakfast was good. We are already planing our next trip to Venice and this hotel will definitely be the place we will stay!

La propreté, le calme, la literie, le petit déjeuner varié, la proximité de l embarcadère pour le vapporeto...Le personnel très agréable!
Très contents de notre séjour de 4 jours, nous recommandons cet établissement.

Super hôtel, belle chambre. En basse saison calme et très confortable et proche plage pour une belle balade.

Posizione ottimale rispetto all'imbarcadero e al centro, ma nello stesso tempo molto tranquilla (vero che si era fuori stagione per il Lido), ottima e abbondante colazione, letto molto confortevole, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

perfektes Hotel für den Venedigbesuch mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

sehr gute Lage in ruhiger Gegend. Vaporetto und Busterminal fußläufig in 10min erreichbar und damit für die Ausflüge am Lido selbst, nach Venedig oder zum Startpunkt Parkplatz in Punta Sabbione perfekt gelegen. Restaurants ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. sehr schönes freundliches und helles Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Garten

Calm and peaceful place to enjoy <3
Pros:

Hotel is located in very peaceful area, few minutes walking from the port. Breakfast place is confortable with the wives to small garden. Very clean and bright rooms, spacious bathroom.
Very helpful staff on the reception, thank you!

Cons:

I would be great to have more no lactose options on the breakfast.
