La posizione è buona, a due passi dalle strade principali e comoda per festival Venezia.

Le porte hanno quella moderna chiusura che fa sì che, purtroppo, le porte sbattano continuamente, col risultato di venire svegliati ogni volta che una porta viene lasciata andare (considerando l’educazione media della gente: a tutte le ore). Quindi purtroppo non la definirei una struttura silenziosa per quanto mi riguarda ed avendo io il sonno leggero. Alcuni membri dello staff, inoltre, erano piuttosto freddi e distaccati, cosa che non ho apprezzato particolarmente.

Pros:

Angenehmes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Wenige Gehminuten zu Restaurants,Vaporettostation und Strand. Hotel bietet Leihfahrräder an.
Das Frühstück ist gut sortiert und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Pros:

Peu de choses. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, sans plus.

Cons:

Tout, presque tout ! La douche est tellement petite que seul un playmobil peut l’utiliser. La chasse d’eau fonctionne à moitié, le lavabo est fendu, quelques moustiques sont écrasés au plafond, la ventilation fait un bruit de diesel.
Le lit pour adultes est inconfortable, trop dur, le lit d’appoint pour enfants est indigne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles et n’aurait même pas sa place dans une caserne militaire, la climatisation est à bout de souffle, le bas des fenêtres est plus haut que le visage, on n’arrive pas à voir l’extérieur, la télévision ne fonctionne pas, aucune chaîne.
Pour finir, le pain du petit-déjeuner est réellement dégoûtant.
Un hôtel 4 étoiles hors de prix, il y a mieux au Lido. Un 2 étoiles pas loin où j’ai déjà séjourné était bien mieux. Un autre hôtel 4 étoiles donnant sur la Mer Adriatique et la plage du Lido était très confortable et largement au-dessus.
En conclusion, l’hôtel villa Pannonia est un mauvais 2 étoiles et non un 4 étoiles. Nous ne nous attendions pas à ça après avoir séjourné dans un vrai 4 étoiles à Rome. Même le 3 étoiles que nous quittons aujourd’hui à Milan, était sans reproche et d’une classe et confort supérieurs. Seul le prix est celui d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, pas les prestations. Il est étonnant de lire autant de commentaires dithyrambiques sur cet hôtel.
Nous n’y retournerons surtout pas !

Emplacement, propreté, salle de déjeuner très agréable. Gentillesse du personnel.

La posizione, comoda per il battello e per arrivare in spiaggia. L’esterno dell’edificio con le piante intorno.

Stanza triste con un brutto odore di non ricambio d’aria. Moquette vecchia e visibilmente macchiata.

Die Unterkunft hat zu unseren Bedürfnissen super gepasst, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:
