The breakfast was just fine. The size of the room was nice.
The property is old compared to neighboring hotels and I learned from a neighbor that the Springhill Suites which is newer was way less expensive
The rooms and lobby were very clean. The breakfast was actually really good. The food was hot and fresh, and there was a good variety of items to choose from.
The only minor complaint was that when the fan was blowing in the room, the smell was pretty musty, and it happened every time the vents blew. They probably just need new filters in the system.
I am thankful as a celiac that the Longmont location has gluten free muffins available upon request.
Our room was not clean. There are spider webs in the corner by the TV, complete with egg sack. Food in the pull out couch. No wash cloths. A toilet paper roll was in the facial tissue dispenser. Tissues, wash cloths, lotion, and sheets for the fold out all had to be requested. When we requested the wash cloths, staff informed us they didn't have any and hadn't seen any for quite some time.
I was taken off guard, and felt uneasy by the check in staff who announced that he "wasn't expecting us so soon." We arrived around midnight. There was zero communication about our arrival time with staff.
The building is in a state of disrepair and
Mediocre at best.
We stayed 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned.
Room, upon check in was clean, but run down. The shower curtain didn’t fit the shower, so floor got wet. The closet doors were missing, so no full length mirror. The bedroom was so small that you had to turn sideways to get past the tv stand.
The kitchen was barely stocked with glasses and dishes. The breakfast room didn’t have any white sugar. You had to go to the front desk to ask for the packs that are in the rooms for the coffee maker. That was the oddest thing about the stay.
In hindsight, we wished we had stayed at the Courtyard across the parking lot.
Das Frühstück und die Lage
Die Preise im Sommer sind zu hoch. Dennoch immerhin nicht so extrem wie in Boulder
Property is quite old and the quality of the breakfast is very subpar for >$200/night. Front desk were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, they allow smoking in the courtyard ( within a short distance from the common area) which is a huge turn off.
Had most of the amenities but just a bit on the cheap side. Rough towels, cheap feeling carpeting, but that’s all on the owners. The staff were all helpful whenever we asked for something.
Easy stay!
I do not recommend this inn. I booked in for 12 days. My days were full and I would come home very tired. By the third night it became clear that the aircon did not work. I reported the problem to both the front office and the convenor of the event I was attending. The following day, after another very hot, stuffy night, I was told they couldn’t find my reservation. They found it the following day. That night I stuck a book in the door to allow a bit of circulation. The next day I had strained my back opening the very sticky windows. Still no one came. Eventually even the slightly opened windows were not enough. By the 7th day, after nights of poor sleep, I stopped in at the front desk to complain once more. The lady told me they’d put aside a room for me two days before, but since I hadn’t ‘come down’ to speak to them, no one bothered to let me know. Incredibly bad communication and failure to provide reasonable lodging.
I do not recommend this inn at all. I will not be staying there again.
Everyone was nice and the staff were real helpful.
Friendly Front Desk person. Good to have a kitchenette ample space.
This facility needs an up left badly. The rugs were tearing the walls were dirty and the rugs need to be cleaned. I think with fresh paint, fresh carpets, etc. it could be much better.
Great receptionist just really awesome

we were a party of three adults. I reserved a one bedroom with a sofa bed, which should have been enough space for three of us. Appreciated having the full kitchen.
When we got to the room we found that the bedroom was pretty small, barely room to get to far side of the queen size bed and with the sofa bed pulled out in the living room there was barely enough room to walk around the space. Worst of all, to access the one bathroom, the person sleeping on the sofa bed had to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom so no privacy at all. We ended up requesting a room change to a two bedroom/two bath unit for twice the cost and had to wait two days to make the switch. There was no way to know that this was the way the room situation was for the one bedroom. We could possible had made it work if bathroom access wasn’t only through the bedroom. And since we were there for 13 days it was not acceptable for our whole stay. If they hadn’t been able to move us, we probably would have ended up at a different property. Also for 10+ days the breakfast selection got a little boring.
Thank you for allowing us to check in early. MUCH appreciated. Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable about RMNP, making helpful tips on where to drive. The kitchen amenities were great, nice fridge, dishware, glassware and cutlery, breakfast was very good, free parking.
Pool was freezing, would have loved a hot tub, pillowcase missing for sofa bed...no biggy.
Booked room, arrived, was told room unavailable due to water damage and we made arrangements to stay at our sister hotel next door (Springhill Suits). Room was a down grade from what was booked and never offered any type of a discount or to make an adjustment to what we had prepaid. If it wasn’t for reaching out to Orbitz the following day, I suspect nothing would have been done by Marriott. PS they also have an undisclosed fee of $5 a day parking. Given my experience, I would recommend staying at Hyatt.
Great place
The breakfast was great and there were lots of options. The room and beds were really comfortable.
The room was a bit dark although very comfortable.
