Great stay despite grumpy night clerk.
Pros:

The woman that checked us in on Monday was just a delight. I am disabled and we were dropped off early, about noon, and she made sure we got in the first available room. I know she has been there a long time and she sure takes great care of the guests. The girls on evening were also very nice. The woman that was on this morning when we left was downright unpleasant. She barely spoke and watched us go out in Sub zero weather thinking the shuttle was there but it was an Uber. Also, there was a van parked so the shuttle could not load then drive through. Another guest said it was the desk clerks vehicle. Why can't they park in the parking lot so the shuttle can operate correctly. Thank you.
