Pros:

Andrea at Check-in was very helpful when I was lost on the road and friendly. She gave me directions to Heid's.
Photo mural of old barn on wall behind bed was great and very unusual.

No frills, fair value, room was stuffy, & kept hearing door close loudly from neighbor.
Pros:

Front desk staff during check-in and check-out were nice. Requested an extra blanket and it was on the bed upon arrival. Located directly off major highway exits and next to several restaurant options, including two that are open 24hrs.

Cons:

The air from the air conditioner didn't seem cold enough or strong enough to circulate air throughout room, so it was stuffy. The bed felt as though it was tipped slightly down toward the head of the bed. The guest in the room next door was constantly going in and out of their room, and the sound of their door closing was VERY loud. Was told during check-in that I could pay cash at check-out, but upon checking out, was informed that my card was charged.

Extremely poor customer service
Cons:

Send emails, texts, and called to make sure hotel was aware our daughter would be checking in between 1-2am. Was told - fine, that would not be a problem. When my daughter called hotel for the airport shuttle, she was told the reservation had been cancelled since no credit card was used to reserve the booking. Our booking through Booking.com did not request a credit card!! My husband called and spoke to the same front desk woman to give a credit card and was told she couldn’t take it over the phone. He then offered to make another booking online, but was told it wouldn’t work as it was already past midnight.
She was very rude, unhelpful, and offered no remedy for their error! This was in the middle of the night during a snowstorm. Show some humanity!
