Always a good experience. Especially the staff!
Pros:

We stay here quite often, It is always nice. Janet the manager does an excellent job!!

Cons:

Rooms are clean and nice, but the baths could use a little updating.

Pros:

It was a great location. Only 5 minutes from the mall. Unlimited tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours. Also, had a free complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and super helpful. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. I enjoy watching TV. I got a chance to watch all of my old TV shows.

Cons:

I don't have a huge complaint. The beds only came with three pillows. I would like another pillow. I didn't ask for one. Other than that I was pretty comfortable. I wish they had a full body mirror. There was a mirror over the desk. I wasn’t able to see my whole outfit or take a full body selfie

Pros:

Syracuse Super 8/Wyndham was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and I had a great stay. I'll be back next time I'm in the Syracuse area!

Very pleased , surprised at the detailed quality.
Pros:

Best price/ value I’ve experienced in memory.

Cons:

Heat control was too hot even on low. I turned it off then woke up to turn it back on.

Cons:

We were on the first floor near the back exit. Numerous people were in and out that door all night, slamming it and talking loud. We believe there was illegal activity going on. Breakfast was slim at best. The price was high in comparison to the next hotel we stayed in was less for a bigger clean room with a hot breakfast and was very quiet and had an indoor pool and gym. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff iis e ceptional. my travel plans had chaned and they were most accomodating. their airport shittle 24/7 every 30 minutes. clean and coirteous

Cons:

I had to get up way too early for my 6am flight but they gave me a wake up call and got me on my way.

Perfect for my needs for airport travel.
Pros:

Check-in was easy. The staff were very friendly.
I was able to leave my vehicle there for an additional $50 fee for the week.
This is an ideal stay for travellers needing to reach the airport.
My flight left very early, but the shuttle is 24/7. There was also fresh fruit, cold cereal and yogurt with coffee or tea. This is rare for an early flight. Full continental is available around normal business hours.
The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and safe.
The heat kicked on quite often, so a bit disruptive for my sleep.
Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled so I did not have a second stay, but I was told I would be refunded the weekly car rate.
Very close to I-81, gas stations and restaurants.
