rien a dire surtout le personnel il traite tous les clients de la même façon top .pas de racisme.
Pros:

L'emplacement top au cœur du centre historique où la concentration de boutiques de shopping et restaurants. Le personnel est top M. Maxime et les autres top et à l'écoute des clients.

Cons:

Même si le chantier est juste à côté il te donne la chambre de l'autre côté. L'entrée à 13h et non à 15h comme a commenté un autre client.

Comfortable room and good location with a few hiccups during my stay
Pros:

Central location and comfortable room, friendly staff. The breakfast is always very good!

Cons:

Check-in process was a bit bumpy - I had requested a twin room but was given a king so had to go back to request a change, then had some issues with phone and WiFi. There was a bit of noise from the clubs outside late at night. And I was a bit disappointed when I ordered room service that it was quite basic - not even a slice of bread offered to go with my meal, served on a tray with a paper napkin instead of a proper room service cart. I expect a bit more from a Marriott.

sniadania. I to chyba jedyny powod, dla ktorego przerpielismy 5 nocy w hotelu.
Sniadania wspaniale, stacja ze swiezowyciskanymi sokami oraz mimosa/blody merry wspanialy dodatek/poczatek sniadania. Gofry z logiem hotelu, albo swiezo przygotowywane omlety. Poza tym szeroki wybor cieplych i zimnych dan, warzywa, owoce, sekcja slodyczy. Snaidanie warte kazdej ceny, chyba najlepsze jakie jadlam w Brukseli, a odwiedzilam z 10 roznych hoteli.

Wszystko inne. Przerazajaco zly stosunek jakosci do ceny.
1. Hotel w tej chwili znajduje sie jakies 4 metry od wyburzanego budynku, wiec jak ktos trafi z oknami na ta strone, to od 7 nie spi, bo zurawie, spawacze i inne sensacje wjezdzaja 4 metry od okien. (rozumiem, ze to nie wina hotelu, ale powinna sie znalesc o tym stosowna informacja, albo wrecz inna kategoria pokoju)
2. Dostalismy pokoj na osttanim pietrze i myslelismy, ze to super. Otoz nie. Zdecydowanie powinny byc to pokoje "budzet". Po pierwsze nie maja normalnych okien, a male okragle (na poddaszu), ktore dodatkowo osadzone jest bardzo wysoko i znajduje sie nad stolikiem. Wyjrzec przez nie, graniczy z cudem, albo wspisnaniem sie na fotel to raz. Dwa pokoje na ostatnim pietrze sa jakby na strycu, przez to rury wentylacyjne i klimatyzacyjne sa przy samym suficie i bardzo slyszalne. Od godziny 8 rano do 8 wieczorem w pokoju slychac ogromny szum, bo klimatyzacja musi obsluzyc caly hotel (nie jest to twoja klimatyzacja pokojowa. Wylaczenie jej nie powoduje zaprzestania halasu. Uwazam, ze taki pokoj rowniez powinien byc oznaczony jako budzet, nie spelnia opcji pokoju ze zdjecia i nie jest pelnopranym pokojem.
3. Za taki pokoj, z ktorego de facto moglismy korzystac od 20 wieczorem do 7 rano zaplacilismy az 320 euro/dobe - wiec stosunek jakosci do ceny wypada naprawde bardzo blado.
4. Jesli ktos liczy, na randke, czy biznesowa kolacje w hotelowej restauracji, to moze sie bardzo rozczarowac. Bardziej przypomina to sport bar, gdzie zbieraja sie grupy 10+ osob, wszytskie sa pijane i zachowuja sie bardzo glosno. Bylo pozno i bylismy glodni, ale zalowalismy, ze nie zjedlismy na miescie. Cieszej, taniej i smaczniej.
Biorac pod uwage powyzsze, chyba juz nie skusimy sie na powrot.
