Pros
Large, American-sized rooms with plenty of space.
Very clean throughout the hotel.
Received a Platinum upgrade to a room with Executive Lounge access.
Executive Lounge was a nice perk, with complimentary alcoholic beverages available until 9:00 PM.
Evening food service was available until 7:00 PM. While the selection was somewhat limited, there was enough food to make a light dinner.
Fantastic location in the heart of the Grand Place tourist district.
Great views overlooking the historic Stock Exchange building.
Cons
Check-in experience was not particularly friendly or welcoming.
No information was provided regarding Platinum benefits at check-in.
I had to ask whether an upgrade was available rather than having it proactively offered.
We were not informed that complimentary breakfast in the restaurant was included with our benefits, so we unfortunately missed out on using it.
Executive Lounge food was average to good, but the selection was fairly limited.
Overall
The hotel's biggest strengths are its spacious rooms, cleanliness, excellent location, and Executive Lounge. However, the front desk missed an opportunity to enhance the guest experience by failing to explain elite benefits and provide a more welcoming check-in. I would stay here again for the location alone, but service at check-in could be improved.

Morgenmaden var fantastisk, der var alt hvad hjertet kan begære og så mere til. Der blev hele tiden fyldt op så intet manglede.
Værelset var tilpas stort og rent. Senge og puder i topklasse. Dejligt badeværelse.
Venligt personale og ingen ventetid ved tjek ind og ud.
Til tider var det som om der blev skruet meget op for ventilationen på værelset og det kunne ikke reguleres så derfor temmeligt støjende.

It’s hard where to begin. This was perhaps our most disappointing hotel experience in several years. Our room, which the front desk described as “an upgrade to a very nice executive room with an excellent view” turned out to be a small, oddly shaped room on the first floor overlooking an active and loud construction site. The television did not work. It was supposed to be replaced while we were out at dinner. The technician came an hour after we returned from dinner and verified it did not work. So no working television. The lights and other electrical did not work properly. Perhaps it was related to the tv. The light switch next to the bed turned off the bathroom light but left the bed light on. And the “master off” turned off some but not all of the lights. In other words, anything associated with electricity did not work property. The M Club Executive Lounge was regularly littered with dirty plates, glasses, banana peels, etc. during non-Happy Hour times (it’s open 24 hours but apparently only cleaned for the 5:30pm happy hour). The breakfast was ok but not consistent with a full service city hotel. Better than a Residence or similar value Marriott property but not good enough for a €350+ property. And while the front desk staff are pleasant, they didn’t seem empowered to solve any of these issues. As a lifetime platinum member I’ve stayed hundreds of different Marriott properties so it’s apparent to me when a property is “off.” This one is.
