Pros:

Excellent 24 hr staff awesome location on kings but far from nightclubs. Clean sheets excellent pillows. For 130 dollars got a double bed bathroom and area.
Asked for 11am check in with 15 min notice instead of 2pm they provided. Great 3 star but could pass for 4 star in clean prompt location will stay again.

Pros:

The room was a very good size and comfortable. The location is excellent for spending time in Melbourne CBD and close to many different transit lines.

It can be quite noisy from the street even when they are closed.
