Pros:

The staff were amazing! Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were only steps into the hotel which made it extremely difficult with three kids and a pram. I had to leave the kids on their own in the hotel while I took the pram down, then had to leave the pram in the street while I got the kids.

There was a party of some description and loud music until 5:30am. It was absolutely ridiculous with kids after a long day travelling and then needing an early night.

Good price, easy walk to theatre, that's what we were in Melbourne for.

Great localisation
Pros:

Good hotel with a great location. The internet inside the room was slow, but near the laundry room it worked well. The laundry facilities were excellent: it costs $4 to wash for 27 minutes, plus $1.50 for a detergent sachet, and $4 to dry for 60 minutes. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Great experience!
