Small room, blind window looking into a confined airway/patio. Door lock malfunctioned, I got stranded outside the room at 1:00am. Receptionist was helpful, tried to open in with all sorts of cards. After half an hour if trying, finally the door have way. The room rate was very high, especially compared to the facilities available. Basic, dorm room like lay out. Really good location. Close to train station and lots of food places were in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Easy comfortable after a horrible booking experience

I booked on your website which is apparently based out of the USA and then I never received a confirmation. I tried to track down the booking but when I called on the phone was told by a staff member at King Street that there was no booking for my name on those dates, so I rebooked on booking.com. When I got there I was informed there were two booked rooms, fortunately one was able to be cancelled - the only downside was that the more expensive one remained which was the one from your website surprisingly enough. Anyway it did work out but I am puzzled about how it went went wrong, thanks to a great staff member when I checked in as per above all was resolved.
