Pros:

O hotel fica extremamente próximo a estação de metrô Central. Cama é confortável e quarto tem bom tamanho.

Cons:

Durante minha estadia houve um erro grave da recepção. Não há elevador.

Won’t book again
Pros:

The staff were amazing! Honestly so kind and ready to offer advice at any moment. The hotel was indeed right in front of the train/metro/bus stations. There was a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Cons:

- The hotel room wasn’t cleaned at all when I came in. It was extremely dusty to the point you could see all the dust on the floor.

- The big window I had in my single bed room did nothing to cancel the outside noise. I literally heard every car driving by, every ambulance siren, even people talking as if I was outside. And yes, the window was closed. I had to resort to having my earbuds in so I can fall asleep.

- Instead of a proper duvet with a cover, it was just the bare insert with a sheet on top and a sheet on the bottom, like a duvet sandwich but it wasn’t closed, so the sheets kept slipping and making a mess. Very uncomfortable

- the mattress was obviously not cleaned, underneath the white sheets the mattress had human hair and other bits stuck to it. Not impressed

-The breakfast was there and cost a reasonable €9 per day, but unfortunately the bread was hard and stale, in another response to a previews review the hotel said they offered vegetables like cucumber and tomatoes etc every breakfast but when I came down, all there was was some leaf salad and tiny tomatoes, nothing like what they described. Overall I do not think it was worth the money.

I’m not sure if this is the standard in Naples but I think the hotel pictures on booking.com are very misleading

Personál velmi ochotný, sympatický, vstřícný. I přes nedostatky byl náš dojem z hotelu pozitivní.
Pros:

Lokalita super. Hotel na pěší zóně přímo u stanice metra, autobus a vlak pár kroků od hotelu. Přestože okolí nádraží nebývá doporučováno jako příliš bezpečné, neměli jsme žádný pocit ohrožení nebo nejistoty. Místo se nám moc líbilo.

Cons:

Bohužel, k pokoji jsme dostali pouze jednu přístupovou kartu, takže jsme nemohli nechat běžet klimatizaci v době naší nepřítomnosti a to byl problém - celý den jsme byli venku a vrátili jsme se do horkého pokoje, který se nestihl do našeho usnutí vychladit. V noci nás klimatizace ruší ve spánku. Větrat také nebylo možné, protože pokoj byl hned plný komárů. Zklamala nás také snídaně - velmi malý výběr, zelenina prakticky žádná, k namazání pouze máslo, velice pomalé doplňování. A každý den naprosto stejný. Nejsme nikterak nároční strávníci, ale byli jsme rádi, že jsme tyto snídaně měli pouze tři dny. Týden bychom asi nedali...

This is a very decent and convenient hotel and the nicest staff for our short stay in Napoli.
Pros:

it’s proximity to the main station, just 2 min. walk, front desk is by the main street Garibaldi, no need to search inside some dingy entrance. The front desk staff very polite, helpful and cheerful. I like Mia very much she is so sweet and always greeting with a smile. I also like the guy, which welcomed and registered us, sorry to have missed to get his name. We walked to Da Michele and the City Centre all the way to Plebescito from the hotel as it was just a straight line to go Spacanapoli through via duomo. Coming back, took the subway line 1 to Garibaldi station and was so convenient we back at the hotel in no time. It was tiring but we are able to do and see what we want in Naples from the location of this hotel. So many restaurants and bakery and grocery around. The walk is not for the faint of heart ‘tho, we prepared ourselves to walk around get lost in the city. Also, the bfast included in our rate is very decent, the staff in the kitchen was also very cheerful.

Mantenimiento deficiente: cisterna con goteras constantes y tapa del váter rota que no arreglaron tras varios avisos. La única solución de recepción fue decirme que abriese las ventanas para la condensación, exponiéndome a picaduras de mosquitos. Tardaron 4 días en reaccionar y no lo solucionaron. Experiencia muy decepcionante.
Incidencias:
-cisterna con humedades goteando encima del váter.
-tapa del váter torcida, y cuando la "repararon" volvió a desajustarse
-ducha muy sucia
-ventana del aseo tapada con maderas horribles.
-mosquitos en el dormitorio. me picaron y tuve que matar tres.
-nevera muy ruidosa.
-pelos en las sabanas.
-hablamos con 2 huespedes más y estaban tambien descontentos con la habitación y ruidos.
