The Queensbury Hotel

I chose this hotel because it’s close to my relatives home. Although the room should have been dusted prior to anyone staying, I would stay there again.

Unfortunately, I feel I overpaid. I expected a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Instead we received below average service from unprofessional staff who complained about their jobs right in front of multiple visitors. We were assigned the wrong room at check in and then treated disrespectfully because of that. The staff never apologized and refused to look at proof that we were given the wrong room. There was at least one other family in front of us that something similar happened to. And the woman working the front was not kind or apologetic as you would expect in a hotel with staff appropriately trained in customer service. Also, we were very under impressed with the hotel. It seemed outdated and not very clear. The food was pretty good at Park26, except for the chicken wings which were overcooked and under-seasoned. And although our waitress was friendly, she was unprofessional in describing all of her frustrations from not getting enough coffee before work, to not being able to find the bottle of wine we ordered. Overall, I feel we overpaid and we were let down. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Glens falls for kids or just to get away! Grab a drink downstairs in the pub and listen to great local music!

Property was nice but there is better food and service all over town. Try Farmacy great food wonderful service and a lot cleaner

I would stay here agin in the future. Staff was friendly and the place is very well maintained and decorated. The king size bed was very stiff but otherwise our stay was great.

Queensbury Hotel has Hilton quality beds and pillows, great price, and beautiful spacious lounges to sit and read a book in. We stayed there with a friend, and the only complaint he had was his room was near the elevator and could hear a knocking noise every time somebody took it. We loved it.

The Q is a fabulously hotel. Classy, quirky & fun. Great staff, nice rooms & incredible pool & hot tub. Food outstanding. Love the Fenimore Pub. Always a treat to stay here.

By far the best hotel in the area. Walking distance to downtown area. Lots of food options on-site as well as nearby. We stay here everytime we visit the area.

Loved staying here! It’s close to downtown so you can walk to everything. Or not even have to leave because they have two delicious restaurants and bar right in the hotel.

We stayed at The Queensbury Hotel for our daughter's wedding near by. It was perfect! The hotel was clean and decorated very nicely, Christmas time. The rooms were wonderful, they were updated but haven't lost the charm of being in an older hotel. The restaurants were great for food and to hang with other wedding guests. It is also so centrally located that you could walk almost any where you wanted to go.
