Great location, comfortable accommodations, easy free parking, great food in house, family and pet friendly, good value.

Great place to lay your head on a clean bed and enjoy the quiet comfort of an olde fashioned hotel.The pool is (was?) underutilized and I got a good two swims in. The staff smiled when I asked for help. All was welcome for a weekend.

Has everything you could need! We loved the feel of the older hotel. From banquet rooms for weddings and functions to great meals and drink to a pool, it has it all! Had a great stay!

The staff was very responsive to our needs and helpful. We appreciated the open space in the lobby and music in the evenings. Having two restaurants is helpful too. The accommodations are great!

The location can't be beat and all the staff are accommodating and friendly. From parking to checking in and hanging out it was a very enjoyable stay. The public spaces are open and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, live music in house on weekends and close to all the great restaurants, the stadium, and other sights to see in Glens Falls. The jacuzzi and indoor pool in the atrium are also really unique and felt great after a chilly day exploring the city.

The hotel was nice. The room and bathroom were clean but small like Europe standard small. The pool was large enough to do laps and there is also a jacuzzi. Coffee and tea complimentary in the morning but hot water tasted like coffee. Assortment of teas but mostly Lipton. The bar at hotel has good food. Food and drinks priced okay. It’s a nice hotel for one night but felt it was overly priced for what you receive.

We had been coming here for nearly 25 years but hadn't been in the area for a number of years. As we were back in the Northeast we spent four nights at the Queensbury and the stay was excellent. Great location as we enjoyed local restaurants and shops, as well as skiing two days at nearby West Ski area. The staff especially Tabitha and Madison at the front desk made us feel at home. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Sitting in the lobby in the evenings always has a special feel. We had diner in the Fenimore Pub twice and the food was excellent ( - the Burger was fantastic) . We always loved this hotel and were pleased to see it is a good as ever.

Power went out at home and the people here were very accommodating during the emergency.
Last minute booking wasn't an issue.

Lovely historic hotel in my mom’s hometown! We had children with us so loved that the hot tub/pool were so wonderful that adults and kids could enjoy alike.

The hotel is a vintage hotel but has been remodeled in the original motif. So everything is up to date in the rooms and works great. The bed was comfortable and recently new. The hotel is in beautiful shape. The staff is attentive. The rooms and hotel were very clean. It is close to downtown Queensbury and walking distance to many restaurants. It is close to West Mountain for skiing (Probably 15 minutes away).

We live right here in Glens Falls, but we still make it a point to stay at this hotel at least once a year—it’s truly a special place for our family. It’s our kids’ favorite staycation, and something we all look forward to every year. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, full of history and charm, and the staff is exceptional. Every visit feels warm, welcoming, and memorable. Thank you for consistently creating such a wonderful experience for our family—we can’t wait for our next stay!

I chose this hotel because it’s close to my relatives home. Although the room should have been dusted prior to anyone staying, I would stay there again.
