Pros:

Nice and quiet

Cons:

It was the day I was checking out; around 10:35 a.m., they started knocking on my door to clean. I told them I needed 30 minutes. At 11:00 a.m., they knocked again; I told them I’d be leaving in 10 minutes. Then they knocked again, and the phone started ringing—it wouldn't stop ringing. I finally had to leave in a rush; they didn't allow any grace period. I was out by 11:05, but the whole thing was incredibly stressful.

THE QUEENSBURY HOTEL IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN THE GLENS FALLS REGION!
Pros:

I have never had a disappointing stay at "The Q"! Staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable! Excellent dining options both at the hotel and within walking distance of the hotel.

Glad I Stayed
Pros:

Stopped for the night while cycling the Champlain Valley Trail. Worth it. Nice room, good location, easy peasy to trail.

Beautiful Historic Diamond!
Pros:

Exceptional Hotel! Hospitality Plus!!! Special Front Desk Staff, especially Jennifer and Jacob are wonderful and very efficient!
Highly recommend Fenimore’s
located in the hotel for fabulous food and drinks!
Shout out to Stephanie, a Super-star there!!!

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

I enjoyed staying at the hotel
All staff were friendly and the room was very nice
I was visiting the area because I had to do my nursing clinicals at the hospital

The shower was small, restaurant staff gentleman was inattentive, disappointed there was no laundry room (it was pouring and we couldn’t dry our clothes), elevator could use some work

I love historical hotels, but close doors need to close & bathroom plumbing fixtures need to work.
Pros:

It’s a 100 year old historic hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom fixtures in the tub were loose & relatively ineffective: the shower spray was weak.

A Great Downtown Hotel Experience
Pros:

The room was very clean. The food at both restaurants were very good and well priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the location of the hotel - in downtown along with stores within walking distance.

Cons:

As odd as this may sound, but for the price of the room, the room coffee maker could have been better - not the cheap style that used pre-bag coffee. It made very weak coffee.
