The room was very clean. The food at both restaurants were very good and well priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the location of the hotel - in downtown along with stores within walking distance.
As odd as this may sound, but for the price of the room, the room coffee maker could have been better - not the cheap style that used pre-bag coffee. It made very weak coffee.
We went to Glens Falls for a quick weekend away and stayed at the Queensbury. It was easy to find and centrally located in the downtown.
Our overall experience was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, staff are courteous and professional, housekeeping was thorough and complete, and in-house restaurants were excellent and convenient.

Stayed at Queensbury Hotel because it was the closest lodging to a medical facility where I needed to get a routine medical screening in the morning. It was very convenient for that purpose. No problems with the hotel -- clean, nice room with nice view, etc.

Very nice, traditionally decorated hotel in the centre of town, We appreciated the free parking next to the hotel. The reception was cordial and helpful. We had a large corner room, which was fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable, although somewhat soft for our taste. The breakfast is a la carte the portions are large and excellent.

This is a historic hotel, so it is not quite and the doors are loud and squeaky. Pack your white noise machine. Overall it's nice and fairly clean and comfortable. The room service was fast and delicious. Would stay again.
