Noisy next room
Staff was friendly
I stayed for 9 nights. I had issues with the fridge and told hotel staff. On the 8th night I brought over my medication from my home that I outprocessed that has to remain cold and put it in the fridge in the hotel room. On the 9th night the fridge went out in the middle of the night and got warm (I have a fridge thermometer i travel with and it said the fridge was 70° when we woke up) which caused my medication to go warm and ruined. When I asked the hotel staff for an incident report the General Manager said no because we had already been there for 9 days when the fridge went out not acknowledging that I had only brought my medication over the night before and that I reported issues with the fridge the second night we got in the hotel.

Small room tinny halls shampoo and body wash was empty heater was loud two small towels bathroom was so small parking lot was a absolute joke homeless people in parking lot picking up cigarettes off the ground not secure hotel hallways reeked of pot smell of breakfast filled room in the morning received 13 texts from property most notably ar 8am asking when I was checking out never again will I stay here
