Everything was great and would stay again and I Love the clean and ready pool/hot tub.
Pros:

breakfast was solid for this type of place. Staff kept the pool and hot tub clean and ready which i appreciate. bed was firm enough and comfortable and everything was clean.

Good place to stay
Pros:

It had good parking, comfy bed, room was clean.

Cons:

We wish the breakfast was a little bit longer as we went down at 9:50 and there was nothing left out. The pool was also pretty cold and the hot tub was so hot.

The carpets were stained and run down as was the paint. There’s no excuse for not maintaining your facilities. This was Bend!

Staff was wonderful
Pros:

It’s location was perfect to where we needed to go on daily basis

Only issue I had was the smell but I believe it’s coming from the carpet

Staff were very kind. The manager was exceptionally kind. Lobby was nice.

Cons:

The room was very tired and worn out. Room smelled l, carpet was dated and was not very clean. For whatever reason we were put in a ‘pet friendly’ room. Something I would never have booked. It was not with the $286 we spent per night. The continental breakfast was slim pickings.
