Pros:

The general manager was very accommodating and eager to resolve any issues.

Cons:

When checking in the staff couldn't even greet you with a smile. I was charged a fee for my service dog which the general manager did take off when I checked out the breakfast. There was none, not even a continental breakfast, just toast and cereal and some apples. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, but the rooms were clean.

Cons:

All the pillows were hard and super flat. The mattresses were very hard and rough ony back

Very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

We had a school group and the hotel did a nice job of accommodating us.

Cons:

Breakfast was sort of basic, but filled the belly. There was no way to change the reservation when we had a change in the number of attendees.
