Top Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück und hervorragender Service
Die Zimmer mit Blick zum Jardim do Almirante Reis sind sehr laut, da auf dem öffentlichen Platz gegenüber den Bars und Kneipen nachts keine Ruhe einkehrt. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war bis in die frühen Morgenstunden nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür und hat uns umgehend ein anderes Zimmer ermöglicht. Damit gab es eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat, bei einer erneuten Buchung würde ich darauf aber achten.
Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand und in der Altstadt, super, wenn man geführte Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen möchte. Schöne ruhige Atmosphäre, Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sauber, sehr praktisch auch die kleine Küche im Zimmer.
Greifvogel auf der Terrasse zum Vertreiben der Tauben während des Frühstücks ist ein trauriger Anblick, weil der Greifvogel in Gefangenschaft gehalten wird. Hier müsste eine andere Lösung gefunden werden. Mehr vegane Alternativen beim Frühstück (wie Sojajoghurt) wären noch toll gewesen.

ברמה גבוהה, הן בארוחות בוקר ובערב. מוסיקה חיה כל לילה. מקום שקט ושלו.
אוכלוסית התיירים במקום מעט הומוגנית (הרוב זוגות בגילאים מבוגרים מאד), מה שמשפיע על צורת הבילוי בערב. הערה למי שמחפש בילוי אקטיבי יותר... הבריכה מעט קטנה והכניסה אליה במורד מעט בעייתית למי שמתקשה. סידור החדר אמנם יומי וסדיר- אך לא מושלם. בסה"כ קשה למצוא משהו ממש גרוע...

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. les piscines sont biens aussi. la chambre était assez spacieuse.
Il y a plusieurs petits détails qui cumulés on fait que nous avons été un peu déçu. Nous avons fait deux nuits et à deux reprises nous n'avions pas de serviettes pour la douche. Il a fallu les redemander. 1x ça arrive mais deux fois c'est trop. De plus, la personne qui a fait la chambre a oublié les produits de nettoyage dans la salle de bain. Nous avons dû aussi retourner à la réception une fois devant la porte du garage car les cartes n'étaient pas paramétrées correctement pour ouvrir le garage et au final, seule une des deux cartes a réellement fonctionné. Ajouter à cela le fait que l'isolation des chambres est très moyenne, on entendait les autres portes se fermer et les chasses d'eau et les voisins qui branchaient leur prise. Vu le prix payé, nous sommes un peu déçu.

El desayuno aunque muy variado no era de la calidad esperable. Fiambre de muy baja calidad, zumo de naranja aguado, panes poco cocinados e insípidos. Bollería muy mala... Excepto las natinhas
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my visit so special.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, and I was very lucky to receive an upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room. The room was absolutely lovely, and having sun beds right outside made it even more relaxing and enjoyable.
What touched me most was how the hotel made my birthday feel so special. I had mentioned before my stay that I would be celebrating my birthday there, and during breakfast the staff arranged a lovely little surprise for me. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and wished me a happy birthday, which genuinely meant a lot. I was also surprised with a bottle of wine delivered directly to my room as a gift—such a thoughtful gesture!
The facilities were excellent as well. I really enjoyed the outdoor pools, the indoor pool, as well as the rooftop pool. I also loved the concept of the Honesty Bar, which was a really nice and unique touch.
Breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection of both hot and cold dishes and plenty of choices to enjoy.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and came away with such lovely memories. A very special thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness, hospitality, and thoughtful attention. You made my birthday truly unforgettable, and I’m incredibly grateful!
The wifi in the room was a bit slow. It would be good to prepare some Plug-in Mosquito Killer in the room, as I got bite for a few times.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, abwechslungsreich. Große und sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Hotel am Meer und am Rande der Innenstadt gelegen. Sehr guter Service.
Adoramos o hotel em tudo. Conforto, banheiro grande, camas muito confortáveis, piscina, área do bar, localização maravilhosa, simpatia do Staff do bar e da recepção.
Única coisa a falar era uma água que toda manhã caía do andar de cima na nossa varanda.
Location is amazing and so are the staff, however if you’re under 60 don’t stay here.
No music around the pool area, no drinking in or around the pool or jacuzzis ( even with plastic cups ) gym is very basic and prices around the pool are inflated compared to other marine venues along the coast.

الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومريحة، وأحببنا وجود البلكونة والإطلالة. الفندق بشكل عام هادئ ومرتب، والموظفون كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين جدًا.

We had a great check-in experience with this hotel, and they had upgraded our room for us. We were only staying one night, but had a great room with a beautiful balcony. They had even left a little treat for our anniversary. The front desk was very helpful, personable, and welcoming. The breakfast area is huge and has a ton of choices. We didn't find it quite as high quality a breakfast as some of our other hotels in Portugal, but this was the biggest selection for sure.
