I was disappointed with the cleanliness, but the workers were kind.
Pros:

The people working were so sweet!

Cons:

The hotel was disgusting. There were roaches in the bathtub and silverfish around the walls, the bed had weird stains all over it, the curtains were stained orange and brown, and it smelled awful in there. The elevator was so hot, the metal around the room was rusty, and the clean towels had hair and lint on them.

Issues in the beginning, but after quick action of staff great rest of stay.
Pros:

Pool was an enjoyable temperature. Staff was very accommodating whenever an issue arose. Breakfast had options for the whole family to eat what they wanted. Plenty of drink options!

Cons:

Had to be assigned to a new room shortly after arrival, due to mold and a dead bug found in room. Disappointed that hot tub was temporarily closed.

the front desk guy on the evening of sept 3 was a jerk. I'm not coming back because of it.

to not be acknowledge at the front desk, extremely unfriendly. ya don't like a job, get a new one, but I want friendly checking in or I'm turned off. hes the face of your hotel.

The young man at the front desk was perfect!!!

Cons:

I have stayed here plenty of times and never did a room smell so bad! Smell like someone had a service dog in the room and the house keeping did get the smell out!

1.5/5 best thing was breakfast options and the black male custodian.
Pros:

Seasonal pool didn’t work. Rooms aren’t cleaned right, there’s gunk around sink bowl, water pressure hard for the sink and tub. Takes long for water to get hot. Rooms appear clean but not cleaned properly.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not great.

Cons:

The deadbolt is insecure, and the whole room was kinda running down. No Orange juice and apple juice were offered. Suggestions: breakfast not offered is OK when you don't have enough guests to make ends meet.

Terrible experience
Cons:

First room smelled terrible like smoke and mold. Carpets were matted and disquisting. Moved us to another room and found bedbug shells under both mattresses. Immediately left was on the property for half hour.
