Die zentrale Lage und die Nähe an der U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Teppichboden der war so dreckig und fleckig. Das Badezimmer sehr veraltet die Heizung total verrostet. Die Kissen ausgelutscht. Die ganzen Bilder im Netz haben nichts mit den realen Bildern zu tun. Ich glaube wenn man das Hotel ein bisschen renovieren würde wäre es ganz toll.
Vorallem die Teppiche eckelhaft.

Dirty room, misleading photos, poor service—eventually resolved after complaints.
Pros:

The location was good for what we were doing.

Cons:

We were checked into a room that was absolutely filthy. The carpet was extremely dirty, the bedside lamp was stained, the pillows looked unclean, and the bathroom heater was rusty with peeling paint. I had to complain to the staff and request a different room.

I was shown another room, but it was no better. I was then left waiting while they made a phone call. I pointed out to reception that the room looked nothing like the images shown on Booking.com. This led to an argument before they finally agreed to move us to a room that was at least decent enough to sleep in. And they attempted to take out €40 for breakfast we never had.
