Checked in late, front desk staff ok'd a late check out for noon (one hour extension), yet didn't let day staff know, so I was disturbed by housekeeping AND front desk called me in my room @ 1115am.
So much for a sleep in & a leisurely late check out.

Disappointed
Pros:

I was not expecting frills however this hotel is very tired and poorly maintained. Dirty, staff unhelpful. Shelter families hoarded breakfast food. A 5:30am wakeup call we did not request. A call from the front desk at 10:30pm asking for a luggage cart we had not used.

The lady in the kitchen servery was absolutely lovely and patient.
