Disappointed
Pros:

I was not expecting frills however this hotel is very tired and poorly maintained. Dirty, staff unhelpful. Shelter families hoarded breakfast food. A 5:30am wakeup call we did not request. A call from the front desk at 10:30pm asking for a luggage cart we had not used.

The lady in the kitchen servery was absolutely lovely and patient.

Was Great, better than I expected after reading other reviews.
Pros:

Great staff, very helpful and courteous. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast time is somewhat frustrating, but not because of staff or facilities. People were taking 2-3 trays full of food and emptying out the breakfast area in one go. But staff did a great job refilling everything promptly, and fresh.

Room was dated but comfortable. Clean, quiet.

Cons:

As we entered the elevator, on the other side of the glass doors, there were 10 children sitting in the hallway. We went for breakfast at 930. A person emptied all the boiled eggs and pastries into his napsack. Another person was filling a plastic container with food. 4 other people came in and were doing the same thing. The staff were accepting this as normal. Very unsettling, our compaint was brushed off by the front desk. Went for breakfast at Tim Hortons.

The cleanliness was awful. Dead bugs, spider webs, mold in the room. The beds were squeaky and were tanking in the middle. Not worth the price

Normal hotel. Good enough for relaxing after travelling on a rainy day

See the cork in the bathroom of room 117. I wanted to soak in the hot bath, but the water kept leaking out of the bathroom
