Breakfast was cold showers didnt get hot the night shift guy was really nice the morning guy was disrespectful and wouldn't give me a receipt then told me to shut up cause he wouldn't honor a receipt the younger women in the morning was very nice pool and hot tub burned everyone's skin all in all horrible stay

Nice clean room, but won’t pay extra for whirlpool tub in room again.
Pros:

The room I stayed in was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

I paid a little extra to have the tub in the room. However the water wasn’t as hot as I would have liked- I ran it on straight hot which was not even quite as warm as I like it, and by the time the tub was full it was running cold. The next morning I tried it again and I didn’t even get the tub full before it got cold.

Pros:

It was conveniently located and right around everything we needed.

Cons:

The front desk staff almost seemed anxious and very nosy about everyone’s business. Not just to be friendly, but overly interested in things. My car had an issue that I needed to have a friend come help me with in the parking lot and the staff came out and circled us in the parking lot—without saying anything at all— two or three times. It was very odd.

Pros:

We were traveling from out of state for a wedding. They made sure we could check into hotel to change and get to wedding. They also allowed us to dolly off our enclosed trailer so we could navigate to wedding safely

Cons:

I was a little upset over the pool situation. After we paid $200 to stay 1 night we really was looking forward to using the pool. The outside one was green, the indoor one was cloudy. And the hottub was also closed

Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The smell of Indian Curry when we got on elevator was so strong in the hotel it was over powering. If I had not already booked 3 days I would of left.
