Awesome experience in Norfolk!
Pros:

Upon arriving to the Marriott, I was greeted warmly by valet Mark Jones. He greeted me well and asked that I already checked in or I need help getting bags? However, all of my bags were already out of my vehicle. I’m grateful for the help and assistance that he did provide during my stay.

I’m from out of town and I had no idea what to do once I got there luckily Malik the valet was there to assist me I was a bit overwhelmed but he calmed me down and explained everything very well , might’ve been the best service I’ve gotten in a while

Nadia is a wonderful person.. She works at the valet station.. we were very happy that she cleaned the snow off the car and heated it up for us. This was extremely professional, and most graciously appreciated.
We will come back just for her!
