From the instant we walked into the hotel, it was a great experience. Na’Diya in the Valet is FANTASTIC. She listened to my need and concerns, processed them, and then literally walked with me to execute the services. She was very accommodating to our needs with an oversized vehicle and made sure it was a smooth process along the way. She turned a very stressful situation into a seamless encounter. We need more Na’diya’s around! Can’t give her enough praise

Awesome experience in Norfolk!

Upon arriving to the Marriott, I was greeted warmly by valet Mark Jones. He greeted me well and asked that I already checked in or I need help getting bags? However, all of my bags were already out of my vehicle. I’m grateful for the help and assistance that he did provide during my stay.
