Excellent location if you need to get to the airport
Pros:

The hotel was close to the airport and it had a free airport shuttle. The breakfast was good.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

We had a great stay overall. The hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the courtesy shuttle to SeaTac, which made catching the Link light rail really convenient.

Breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a great touch.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to the number of children running up and down the hallways, playing unsupervised in the lobby (including on the computer), and repeatedly riding the elevators. It made the atmosphere feel a bit chaotic at times.

Clean and convenient but sustainable road noise
Pros:

- great location for the airport and the shuttle on demand in the evenings is amazing. Needed to call to get clarification for the shuttle from the airport but I didn’t have to wait more than 10 mins
- very friendly staff
- all the basics you would expect in a standard hotel like this

Cons:

- it is right on a busy intersection and I was shocked at how terrible the soundproofing was. I would not have been able to sleep with AirPods and white noise due to the repeated revving as people went at green lights. I suggest getting a room at the back of the building if you are able

Fantastic experience with comfort, happy staff and beautiful inside.
Pros:

Location, very sweet and friendly staff, got into SeaTac from Costa Rica at 2:00am, called the pickup number and they picked us up within 15 minutes...we were impressed how fast they came. Great hotel

Cons:

Nothing...loved everything. We stayed in some pretty shady places near the hospital before, so this was such a pleasant surprise.

A pleasant experience!
Pros:

The check-in staff were excellent and efficient. They gave me a complimentary upgrade and answered all my questions about local services. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and would happily stay there again in the future.
