Great stay close to the airport

Good Stay with Airport Pickup.
Pros:

Great staff with airport pickup. Since we had to catch early flight before breakfast serving time, the staff made us a to go brown bag. Room comfortable.

Cons:

No close restaurants to order from so ate supper from their store.

Pros:

I especially liked the speed of the airport shuttle. About a 5 min wait was all! I’ve waited to be picked up much longer than that from hotels in the same vicinity. Kind people on staff!

Le bruit:
On était dans une chambre au rez de chaussée avec de nombreux passages dans le couloir, la porte de service à côté que les gens empruntaient qui claque, on entendait les voisins du haut marcher.
Le système de climatisation qui faisait du bruit, on a du dormir sans la clim.

Disappointed
Pros:

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

Room was dusty and dirty. Asked for another room and was given another room that suffered the same problem. Floor felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned for a while. Not a picky person but my socks were almost black after walking on the floor. This did not give us confidence in the rest of the room cleanliness. Not a lot to ask when you are paying what we did for the night.

Extremely uncomfortable.
Pros:

Average breakfast.
Near SeaTac.

Cons:

Terrible sound levels. We were in room 120. It is very near the laundry. The space for doing laundry was on both sides of the hallway and the doors were always open. It also seemed to be wherecleaning tools were kept so there was lots of employees coming back and forth. That area also seemed to be where employees came just to socialize. The employees called out to each other very loudly especially in the early morning. I think they were totally unaware that hotel guests were sleeping. My husband and I were very tired from our travels and needed to sleep.
Also room 120 is very near the elevators, the check in counter, and the very large space where guests congregated. From very early morning, I think about 5 am or earlier, the noise was horrific.

Great value for what you pay.
Pros:

The location was great, the pool and the gym was a great touch, and the staff were great.

Cons:

The room was small and kinda had a smell to it. The breakfast was…….ok at best.

Pros:

We were upgrad we d to the "better" wing of the hotel. The airport shuttle was on time an quick.

Cons:

The to-go breakfast was very small and stapled shut so we were unaware that there it included a small bottle of water. This caused an issue at the TSA security screening
