Terrible.
Pros:

Didn’t go and couldn’t find it.

Cons:

Dirty, broken facilities. Drug addicts sleeping on the couch in the lobby every time we went through.

In a pinch, I'd stay here again by myself but not with family

Too many questionable individuals hanging outside of main entrance door, blocking entrance.

We did not stay. We have requested a refund.

Cons:

The hotel smelled of old smoke and wet dogs. The smoke alarm in the room was hanging off the ceiling and not working. The temperature in the room was 90 degrees with a heater that had been beaten with a blunt object of some kind. The window did not lock and did not have a screen. It also did not close all the way. We immediately turned around and left.

Stay at The Landing unless you need to save $
Pros:

The location is great being next to Safeway and a McDonald's and other fast food restaurants. The owner was also very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel needs fixing and better cleaning. Exterior and interior have issues such as broken siding , toilet seat, and more.

Decent place to stay on a budget and centrally located!
Pros:

I appreciated the great customer service from the staff. They allowed us to check in early with our dogs so we didnt have to walk around for a few hours before check in time. I also appreciated the housekeepers giving me extra supplies I needed while staying there for the week.

Cons:

The bathtub was really dirty and had to clean it myself.

It was gross and disgustingly dirty
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about this dirty motel. It’s like a crack house. The smell of pot was horrible and we had to sign where we wouldn’t smoke pot. What a joke

Cons:

The whole place should be shut down for filth.

Room smaller like urine. Hotel was very dirty. And was not cheap. Not happy at all

Room had very stong odor of urine. Very cold and thermostat did not work. Shower head was not tall enough for 6 ft man. Tub does not drain. Walls still had spackle on them for a repair. Walls very very thin could hear everything. Very unclean all around

NEEDS TO BE TREATED FOR BEDBUGS. But staff was lovely
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. They were clearly overworked but still kind, human beings and went out of their way to help when I had a sudden change of plans.

Cons:

My bed had bed bugs and the smoke detector was going off. There was nobody on staff who could change the batteries so it went off all night.

Not a single time the trash cans had been emptied or the coffee maker had a refill- I was coming in a day late- informed the hotel that I was a day late- on the phone they offered me a refund for 1 night- at the hotel- a big no- there is no refund
