Pros:

This hotel holds great value compared to other competitors in the same area which include free parking, continental breakfast and plenty of text messages asking everything is OK and if there’s anything you need, very personal, very impressed great job super eight

Nice cheap and efficient option
Pros:

Súper kind and helpful staff. Very close to the AirPort and shuttle bus super efficient. They allowed me to store my bags for a couple of days with no extra charles, very much appreciated

Cons:

Hotel room is very basic, but enough for a night before the flight

The customer service was top notch
Pros:

The front desk staff made all the difference. The hotel was average, but she made it feel like a 5 star. She was helpful, informative, likeable. I would stay here again just because she made the whole experience wonderful.

Cons:

The carpet was pretty worn out and should be replaced.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

It had A/C.

Cons:

We were expecting to pay $15.00 for our little dog but it went up $25.00. And the woman at the front desk wasn’t nice to my husband about it. She was rude!
The place wasn’t very clean. Homeless people all around the place. (Some lived at that motel I was told.)
We won’t be back. I haven’t stayed in a motel 8 since before Covid. I won’t stay at this one again

Very nice, helpful staff and other patrons were also nice. The breakfast was excellent. We had in the morning.
Pros:

Staff at the counter was very helpful. The room was nice. Put a lot of strange people outside. I was told to bring everything in to the room from the car, like someone might break into it, with my impression so we kept waking up at night and looking out and watching the car.

Cons:

Staff was very good. She made it sound safe with cameras in the parking area. She had her child there so she thought it was safe. Rooms were clean. It was mostly Portland by itself was the scary part from where we drove

It was value for money and I had a more than pleasant, restful stay.
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Coffee was great as were the hot showers. Staff were helpful with suggestions and shuttle organising.

Cons:

It was all good. It’s an old established accomodation. It was clean, had lovely imenities and the staff were more than helpful in answering questions.

It is an excellent value for the cost and personnel have always been excellent.
Pros:

People at reception were welcoming and helpful; there was a problem with the drain in my room and it was fixed immediately. They accommodated me by guarding my luggage while I was off property for a lunch;; the shuttle service and the drivers were quite good - adjusting for a late night arrival due to the plane problem.
