Ideal location for Luton airport
Pros:

We were getting an early morning flight from Luton so the location was ideal, 10 minutes walk from the airport. The reception staff, particularly Mark, were very friendly and helpful. Cold breakfast, cereals croissants toast etc available from 3am, cooked breakfast available from 6am...great selection for both options.

Cons:

I can't fault this hotel in any way.

Pros:

Good location, rooms were big enough. Clean facilities. Staff were helpful in fixing issues with room.

Cons:

Breakfast was average to poor. Coffee was hardly drinkable which is disappointing for an early start. Scrambled eggs were poor quality and very chewy.

Really pleased. Clean, functional and close to the airport.
Pros:

The man on reception was super friendly, helpful and polite.

Cons:

The socket in the wall was too close to the fixed table and I broke my i-phone charging cable.
