Great place to stay when layover in Luton.
Pros:

Very close to the airport, no need for transport, walking distance. Easy arrival procedure even during the night. Nice breakfast. Double windows, so even it's next to the airport, you don't hear a thing.

Best service i had in a long time - Thanks Mark!
Pros:

The Hotel itself is ok, but Mark at reception/bar completely changed the experience. He was professional, genuinely friendly and went out of his way to help with anything needed. From check-in to casual chats at the bar, his attitude and service made the stay feel much mor welcoming and relaxing than expected.
