We were supposed to recieve a 50 percent refund from the hotel because booking.com had given us false information about the two queen beds that I had paid for,
They said that was already booked by someone else so they gave us a king bed and said we’ll give you a refund 50 percent, still have not recieved it

This is my new little honeycomb hideout
Pros:

The staff. Day shift and night shift. Every employee I came in contact with were hospitable and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The location. GPS got me there but with construction is was a bumpy road. There are a lot of food joints around just nothing really good which isn't the hotel fault at all

Disgusting room, Poor Service
Pros:

The only thing that was good about this stay is that the room was available. There was a huge power outage in my area and other hotels were booked. Now I see why this hotel had availability.

Cons:

The bed had several strings of hair in it, a smell that had to be deodorized, the room did not have any eating or cooking utensils, the bath tub and toilet were dirty and there as hair on the bathroom counter.

Pros:

Football was on the channel during the world cup which is great.

Cons:

The location specified that breakfast was provided but there was only coffee and snacks. We had in mind a traditional breakfast that hotels usually provide which includes waffles, milk, cereal, etc. False advertising.
The building isn't highly maintained. It looks sketchy from outside. Did not see the worth of my dollar with the experience. There was also a shooting shortly after our stay at a mall about 5 min away, not safe at all.
