Cobb webs in ceiling on two corners above my bed and water leaking from showering. Water runs out the bathroom into the little kitchen area. Had to use extra towels to dry. Outv if two elevators, only one was working and the other shakes when it's going up or down.

Not good, just fair.

Some of the staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room had lots of issues. The staff was great in trying to accommodate, however, the last night we were there and informed the front desk of the sink issue, we were told to come down to front desk and get a plunger...? As the guest, I don't expect to plunge the sink! LOTS of issues: (1) shower leaked (2) kitchen sink leaked (3) bathroom sink leaked (we couldn't use it our last night there) (4) fridge leaked on the inside....
