Surprisingly lovely hotel hiding among a nest of fast food outlets, gas stations, and freeway
Pros:

Room are spacious and well appointed with nice linens, kitchenette, functional seating area, and a desk and office chair that take guests'need a for a productive work space seriously

Cons:

This is a nice hotel in a parking lot. No green space, which would be welcome in this very hot slice of the Bay Area. A small outdoor pool tries to mitigate the asphalt landscape with little effect.

We had a great stay and it is close to downtown where there are many attractions.
Pros:

The room was clean quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

I was surprised that when I checked in and asked a question about the venue I was going to for a show that night, the staff member said they didn’t know much about Livermore. I would expect that staff at the front desk would know the main venue in town that is only a mile or so from the hotel. It seems they would get many guests that were attending events there from out of town.

I did not eat breakfast just grabbed a muffin & coffee to go. I should have come down earlier for breakfast
